The staff were very nice and the checkin and checkout experience was very quick. I really liked the library and the bar as well. It was very clean and tidy. the room was also very well looked after.

Rooms are a little small but clean & beautiful. Their Library gives you the option to stretch out & relax. The bike hire was fantastic & staff very friendly. Remember to check in before taking up the free parking.

Perfect getaway for one”
This was a perfect place for a rare night away from my small people! The huge bed was so inviting, and the view across Barton to Mt Ainslie was lovely. Little extras like the tea pot and in-house movies just made it feel really special. The room was cute and tiny, and perfect for one. There we no restaurants on site, but plenty of near by options, and the option for delivery to your room (or the lovely bar/Library) if requested. I will definitely stay again if I get the opportunity 🙂🙂 I actually didn’t want to leave!

Unique hotel in the heart of Canberra. Good value for money, and not an inch of depressing 1990s particle board in sight or terrible white light. Thoughtfully designed, compact rooms, good lighting, automated blackout blinds, good A/C, comfortable beds, soft linens. I hadn’t sampled the cuisine at the hotel. But overall great experience.

The location is perfect if you are going to travel around Canberra. The surroundings are very nice and peaceful too. The room was beautiful and we also liked the 'Library' where you can have breakfast or some drinks 24/7. The aromatic scent and the music is playing all around the building. The receptionist we met was very kind and professional 😊 The view from the room was the best part of the hotel ..! The room itself is pack with everything you needs ..! We actually ectended one more day to stay here as we liked this place ..!

Great location but needs an update to have all the fancy stuff like Sydney and other thing is all soap bottles should be full at the start of your stay shouldn’t have to ask to fill it up after the 1st day

It's not the conventional kind of hotel, It's hotel amongst other hotels. So facilities are shared but that's fine as it's a short walk. The ambience, vibe and everything was good! The room was a good use of space, though I do recommend checking your electrical appliances first. My hair dryer smelled burnt when I was using it, however aside from that, the stay was lovely!

Small room but packed a punch”
Stayed there when it just opened for a few weeks. Noticed a crack on bathroom basin. Was told that it was meant to full car parking building but council knocked the proposal out so top 2 floors are now hotels. That’s said, the room is a size of a single car park. Bed is abutting the window and you need walk over your partner to get off bed. Interesting hotel but for the price and the breakfast (in the main building) it is well worth.

Amazing staycation ”
I spent a night at Little National alone for a little break and felt like a new person. The rooms are small but somehow don't feel cramped. Lots of luxurious touches that make it feel like great value. The mattress is soft and squishy and amazing... Felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Also very comfy for watching movies in bed. There aren't many facilities in the hotel but lots across the road you can use and you can have meal deliveries brought to your room. I am planning on booking in for another break in six months!
