“Relies more on the brand than the experience”
The room was very clean, but despite being on the 8th floor, the view was very limited. Check-in was somewhat problematic, as the staff were not able - or not willing - to include the breakfast rate that was guaranteed by Agoda. After 20 minutes they could manage it. The food was good, but pretty much overpriced especially considering this is a luxury-segment hotel. In our opinion, there are more pleasant 5-star hotels in Delhi that try harder, offer more thoughtful design, and don’t rely solely on the Marriott name. Wouldn’t visit again to be frankly.
