Area -The area for studio apartment was pretty spacious for family of 2infants. The next night studios were fully booked so we had to take one bedroom apartment and it was even spacious , with separate living room. Bed size- However, the bed sizes 'king' are less than 200x 200, so extra bed would be required for family our size. Drinking water - only one 1.5 litre bottle per day was complementary , the staff had to make exception to give more at times during our stay. Room location- if you plan on staying at this hotel , preferred rooms will be on 9th floor and above in the same side aisle with 904 and 911 as other side as HVAC chillers which are noisy. Location- it is very close to the Burjeel medical city which was of our interest. Choice of near by spots- The hotel is within the building with Mazyad mall so easy access to supermarket and variety of restaurants during stay.

Everything is positive, except food smells in higher levels and old carpets within all corridors. There is no exciting view around.

Hair in the bathtub, a bug on the phone!, smelly sheets and more! Even though I was in a non-smoking room, the cigarettes smell was all over. The noise from upstairs was non-stop. WiFi interruption every 10 minutes. The hotel is old and not well maintained. I strongly recommend against.

I was asking from the security man of the hotel named Mohamed some help regarding an issue i got with a taxi driver inside the parking of the hotel. The issue was that the taxi driver didnt put the meter from the place he picked us ( yas marina) to the hotel. I asked the security to assist me like calling the police because the driver didnt want to give me back the money that my friend who was super tired gave to him (200 dhirams). He announced us a vocal price of 100 dhirams which was in reality like 55 dhirams. Of course he thought we were tourist and took advantage on us. But im not a tourist, i live in Uae since 5 years!! The hotel security didnt put any effort to solve my problem and was smilling at it like he didnt really care. I was a customer of the hotel who was beeing scammed by a taxi driver and no real support from him. I got stole some money from a taxi driver and Mr Mohamed did absolutely nothing!! He can be proud of him and his job as a security

A good hotel-Near from Mussafah”
I booked studio room and it has all the facilities like Iron board, washing machine, kitchen, microwave oven. L'arabia hotel is attached to Mazyad mall where anyone can find good restaurants and it has LULU supermarket on ground floor. This hotel is near to Mussafah Industrial Area which is a plus point. I would definitely recommend my colleagues/friends to book this hotel if their offices are located in Mussafah area.

Very convenient Hotel, as it is connected to the mall. We took one bedroom apartment and it was very big in size, the kitchen, the living room, the bedroom, the bath and batch tub, all big in size and very convenient. Very friendly staff and as said, take the elevator, second floor, and you are already in the food court of the mall. Excellent for families with kids as they do not have to leave the hotel with a car for shopping or grocery or to have some activities for kids. All well connected.

Fast check in and check out. Attentive front desk (reception) staff. Elegantly furnished hotel including rooms. Quality and elegant furniture with inexpensive price. Parking provided at the basement area. Conveniently located next to Mazyad Mall, thus easy shopping and dining. Direct access to Musafah business and industry area, although hotel located in a residential area and not busy area good for relaxation. Didn't have the chance to sample the hotel's in house restaurant, but food choice seemed plenty with good price. Overall, will definitely return in future.

this is a brand new hotel and right above the mall. the underground parking is very handy if you come by car. the staff were helpful when asked to sort things out. it is very well placed for the airport, 15 mins, mussafah industrial area, 10 mins and adnec and zayed sports city, 20 mins. this hotel served our purpose and is recommended.
