Stayed at parc estique for two days. The rooms are big and spacious but not so clean. And not so great for the price. Try to opt out from the breakfast because it’s not worth it. The staff is not all attentive at the restaurant and you’re like on your own. It’s a an okay hotel if you have to stay for a day. The reception staff is attentive and helps you out. But no other facilities are available.

It's very dirty hotel with very old infrastructure. Both staff and hotel infrastructure needs renovation. Very limited breakfast and not so good quality and restraunt. I took a suite but the floor was very dirty and looked like carpets were never cleaned

Having checked the awesome pictures of the hotel and room amenties on the website, I booked the hotel only to get disappointed on my arrival and room allocation. The property seems old and not maintained for ages , towels, linens were old and worn out and mosquitos in the room. The toiletries used were of cheap brand and had to purchase from outside for usage. The SAFE/LOCKER was broken, the DRINKING WATER and other food items in breakfast BUTTER/JAM were of local brand. The so called SWIMMING POOL on their 7th floor was shitty and dirty. The restaurant though displays GOURMET BREAKFAST FOR THE DAY - CHOCOLATE PANCAKE but when asked for , no staff knew how to make the same and finally what was served was

Stay was not worth the money”
Hotel lacked cleanliness and staff was very slow in response. Hotel staff didn’t consider the points such as quite room and it was very noisy coz of construction work disturbing the sleep in the morning and there was clumsy smell in the entire hotel. Rooms were good and spacious, could’ve been maintained in a better way.

I booked this hotel for my mom dad and when I ordered food for them from outside which was already paid, my dad asked hotel reception staff to please deliver it to the room as he was not well but the reception girl was so rude that she shouted and told him to come and collect in the lobby and disconnected the call.. I have travelled to many countries but this bad attitude of hotel staff I have seen for the first time. I am never going to book this place again.
