Quiet, good location and lovely staff”
Stayed for 2 nights. Was lucky enough to get parking on the street (free from 5pm weekdays and all day on weekends). Rooms are small but very modern and clean with every amenity could want. All staff dealings were a pleasure. And the hotel itself was very quiet. Also used the gym one morning and for a boutique hotel, it was fine.

It was more like a hostel than a hotel. For what we paid we were dissappointed. the rooms were tiny and the sheets had lipstick marks on them.

Overpriced tiny rooms ”
We were very disappointed in Kennigo, the rooms are ridiculously small, no opening windows no balcony for the price paid it was a disgrace.

Hotel is not a hotel. It’s a converted Inn I believe. Staff unenthusiastic don’t know why. Location to the city is too far to walk but too near to take a cab. However rooms are nicely decorated new and fresh. Truly not Value for money

Be careful of the mini bar”
The room is really nice, clean and modern. One thing though, I found out one of the bottle of water had been opened already and I called the reception right after, they said they would write a note and wouldn’t charge for the water. After I checked out I was still charged for the water I didn’t drink.

Great location and friendly staff but that’s all ”
Very very small room, to the point no where to put or open suit except on the bed, someone before us had writing on the glass in the bathroom and we could see it when windows fogged up so clearly wasn’t cleaned. Very disappointing for over $200 a night we also had to pay another $30 a night just to park the hire car

OK but probably won't stay again ”
The location was good and the room itself was OK apart from smelling a bit damp. We did find that most of the electrical outlets in the room were dubious if not broken. The caps on the switches were broken and so was the reading light. When we asked staff about it they didn't seem surprised or interested in fixing / dealing with the problem. Which makes me believe it's been broken for a while and they just didn't care. The tv remote was alsl miss and when i asked if we could swap rooms apparently the other rooms didnt have air-conditioning. So it seems like a lot of rooms have something wrong with them at this hotel. The cleaning staff were friendly though which was nice. Other than that probably won't stay again.
