Jumeirah creek side very nice hotel in this pandemic Covid 19 situation they take care of their customers the staff is very very good specially Miss Padmi ji & Mr Lokesh even others too i not remember the names all the rooms are Sanitized even on breakfast they take care properly every after single item they change the plates and spoons we wondering how they manage but really speechless All the staff really very deserving we definately love to come again you give us more more response and won our hearts hotel view,location and inside Aviation Club,Hotel swiming pool really very nice even near by resturants over all very perfect May God bless you always have a nice day see you soon .

The staff at the reception were very helpful and very nice they gave me an upgrade, the room too was nice However due to my room being very close to the corridor main door I could not sleep probably due the door banging whenever people enter or exit !? It was noisy I couldn’t relax?!

Need a little more attention to detail”
We were arriving into Dubai on an early morning flight at 0050 and had arrived the hotel of our late arrival and that we were travelling with 2 children. Upon check in they said that our room was available but they would have to get the 2 extra roll away beds sent to the room. We had to wait for about 45 minutes for the beds to arrive. I was expecting the beds to be already made and ready upon our arrival. We were all exhausted especially the kids and did not appreciate having to wait for the beds. Otherwise we had a satisfactory stay. The hotel is only a few minutes from the airport. The hotel is very quiet and you can not hear any airport noise. Even sitting by the pool you only hear the odd aircraft (enjoyed watching all of the A380's). We really enjoyed our day at Jumeirah private beach and Wild Wadi. We combined them on the same day. We went to the beach first and then to the water park. We used the entrance from the hotel and did not have to queue, upon opening at 10am. We spent about 4 hours (and l am not a fan of water parks) there and we all had a ball. We then exited through the hotel entrance and spent some time at the beach again before taking the shuttle back to the Creekside. The Aviation Club and pool facilities are excellent at the hotel. The Irish Village next to the Creekside is great for dinner so too is Century Village (in particular Asmak & Mazaj).

Perfect Hotel nearby Dubai airport”
I switch between hotels nearby Dubai airport often but this was my best deal until now. I was upgraded for free to a high floor with a very nice room by the super friendly staff. Also nearby is a Irish beergarden and festival city shopping mall is not to far. A taxi ride to the airport takes 5 minutes. I can absolutely recommend this hotel to business travellers with fast access to Dubai airport and who want to have a nice dinner or go shopping the evening before leaving.
