Wonderful Dejavu”
It was my second time to stay in Surabaya with Ibis Jemursari. We spent 3 days with lot of good experiences since Ibis Jemursari keeping their excellent performance to serve us as their guests. Room cleanliness, staff performance, hotel facilities include parking, pool, restaurants and check in process was great. We managed to explore more hotel surroundings. We realized that hotel location also very good, it is close to nice F&B outlet/restaurants such Roti In, Ayam Tulang Lunak Malioboro, Penyetan, Fusia Raja Nasi Timbel, Wardhani Resto. Thanks Ibis. We look forward to stay with Ibis again very soon.

The one and only Ibis Style that gives a pair of "guling" and extra pillow. Always clean and comfy room, the bed is very good, the complimentary is complete, TV channel is much, the pool water didn't hurt my eyes. And the important thing is the breakfast is amazingly variety, so many stall and cotton candy is eye catching. And beer is available, cheers up 🍺

Four nights with Ibis Jemursari”
We booked a room for 4 nights and we had a very pleasant stay with Ibis. Early check in process was supported very well with excellent staff. Room was clean and the housekeeping staff did their job very good during our time with Ibis. Breakfast was nice, food's variety and their taste was excellent. Although the parking lots was limited, the valet service staff perform their duty above our expectations. Hotel location is very good. Rungkut and tambak sumur gate toll (to Malang, Sidoarjo and other place to eastern of Java) only 30 minutes (normal traffic) from the hotel. We look forward to stay again with Ibis Jemursari

Fast check-in, the rooms are clean. Some are connecting rooms (we booked 8 rooms). The breakfast menu has many varieties. During our stay, they only gave us one card each room because they said they ran out of cards, which caused us a little inconvenience.
