I stayed at the Lind for 4 days during my visit to Boracay. I was in the beach facing room and from when I booked the room on standby till when staff communicated with me to make payment. Everything went smoothly. Now here's the great part, I didn't know the Lind provided pick up from Caticlan airport to the hotel and that saved me a lot of stress and money. The maintenance guys got to my room before I could blink when I called about an AC and resolved it in a jiffy. The breakfast is probably one of the best things you can experience at the Lind. The Staff greet you a million times over and with smiles on their faces. They even took some of the best pictures I have till date. There's security at every turn and the guys at the concierge desk, they made all my activities at Boracay a seamless one. They planned everything to detail. I've stayed in a lot of hotels in my lifetime but I felt a bit of emotion when I checked out from here. It was as though I was leaving home. The lind? 10 star

We really enjoyed our stay in Jony's Beach Resort. Boracay is a magic location anyway and Jony' was a great place to stay. Jony's restaurant is on White Beach and the hotel part is just across the road from the restaurant. It's located on the quieter part of White Beach but is only about 500 metres (5 minutes) from the crowded "fun" part of White Beach (the promenade, restaurants, shops etc) so you have the best of both worlds. It is perfect for families. It has its own beach frontage and beach chairs. It is not a brand new 5 star type hotel but is comfortable, well maintained and good quality. Boracay is not a cheap location but Jony's offers good value for money. You get the distinct impression that it is family run and that the owners are probably around at all times to make sure standards are top class. My nicest experience was dealing with the head receptionist. What a lovely lady. I made a mess of my booking - I entered the wrong days and paid my money and theoretically could have lost one days reservation cost when I cancelled a few minutes later. I e-mailed the hotel and the receptionist sorted me out in a way that left a really good sentiment towards the hotel. Meeting her and the friendly front office staff was a lovely experience. I would love to return to Boracay and, when I do, I would automatically return to Jony's.

You're not going to expect the five-star treatment, but it's complete and very affordable considering it's location and service. There are no restaurants in the hotel but it offers a decent breakfast. The rooms are simple but equipped enough: there's airconditioning, a refrigerator, blow-dryer, hot showers, closet space, a safe, and a phone. Their beachfront rooms also have their own individual balconies. It's right beside upscale Discovery Resorts and Ambassador in Paradise, but the beach is actually prettier/cleaner and the sand finer. On the beach, they have cabanas, hammocks, and cottages. They don't offer a lot of water activities (only paddle-boarding and snorkeling, I think), but they'll be the ones to communicate with other hotels that do have the activities you want. The man in charge was the one who haggled with Ambassador for a cheaper kayak and pedal boat price. This side of Boracay is farther than central, but it's the best when you're really relaxing and appreciating the beach for its sake. It's very peaceful and it's the happy middle between the central area and the even more private areas like Nami and Spiderhouse. It's really value-for-money.

Pros: It's newly opened and we are the first guests to stay at that room. Everything was great, staff was extreme friendly and helpful! Hope they can maintain everything as it is, not only because of newly open...Good breakfast. Location is great, 1 min walking to D'mall and close to Starbucks. Highly recommended with that price. Cons: There are still partially construction going on in the hotel and surrounding area...it could be noisy with knocking and drilling in the morning after 8am... you may call/email to check if the construction are done.

previously i have stayed in three different resorts in boracay and for my latest trip i wanted to stay in still a new one. i stayed the longest so far (9 days) and i wanted to stretch my budget but not punish myself with a decrepit and roach-infested place.i browsed through agoda and i found this interesting hannah hotel having a very attractive rate and high ratings from previous clients. so without any hesitation i booked for 6 nights. location: it is not a beach front property but i did not care! cheaper than those beachfront, crowded properties, hannah hotel is just a couple of minutes walk to the famous white beach in the more private station 1 where the finest and whitest beach sand can be found. i always wanted to have this option to get away from the beach crowd when i wanted to and just enjoy the serenity and privacy of my room in seclusion away from the beach but not really far from it. if i wanted to dine on the beachfront, i have a lot of options to choose from and they are all a few minutes walk. so for the hotel location i would rate this as 4.5 stars out of 5 stars. people: the boutique hotel is run by the family owner. paolo is managing the resort and he was at the front desk most of the time and her mother, 'ate' marissa, was always there to greet guests, to give tips on just about everything and to tell stories and all. most especially she was there, in addition to paolo, to make sure you were comfortable and everything was okay. the most touching part that they did was when they gave me some baked goodies and water when i was about to leave the hotel after having stayed there for 9 days. i was teary-eyed not wanting to leave the hotel and the island. i was even amazed that they still served my free breakfast even at past 12pm (beyond the 10am breakfast time) as they knew i was leaving that day. people rating for this hotel is absolutely 5 stars out of 5 stars.

Sur Boracay isn’t exactly a 5-star resort. So guests should not expect gourmet meals, or luxurious amenities. But its location at Station 1 is the best. Walking out to 50 meter wide shoreline of fine white sand and pristine waters is really what you pay for. The staff are super friendly too. And with their 2-8pm happy hour (beer at P50 only), one doesn’t really need to go elsewhere to chill. Will definitely go back.

The hotel has modern facilities. The room is fresh and clean. We got free room upgrade and we were accepted even though we arrived earlier than the check in time. I would recommend Jony's Boutique because they have very helpful staff that they even called a tricycle for us when we're about to leave the hotel without any of us asking. We just told them we're going to ride a tricycle to jetty port. Also, they have free shuttle service from hotel to jetty port only which can be helpful. When we stayed there their shuttle service was fully booked that's why we decided to take a trike instead. One time we went out and it suddenly rained. The weather wasn't good when we visited Boracay. We don't even have to ask the crew. The guy lent the hotel umbrella to us right away. When my mom had a headache, we asked for a medicine and they have it. Thanks to you my mom was able to enjoy the stay! Most of all, the breakfast was awesome!! One of the best breakfast I've tried so far on hotels I've tried here in the Philippines. Pig out bistro staff were also friendly. They even allowed us to have our breakfast inside the room. We really appreciated that because we don't have enough time to go down. We were having the breakfast while preparing, very convenient. Try their filipino breakfasts. Adobo and their garlic rice is the best! This hotel is not beach front, it's away from the noisy beach at night which I prefer. But it is not far either. Good job Jony's. So far I don't see any area that needs to be improved. Thanks for the delicious welcome drink!😊

This is a very nice hotel located in the quiet area of station 1.I stayed here 1 week.The beach is just a 1 minute walk and you can get towels from the hotel.Beautifull and clean rooms with comfortable bed and pillows.The hotel staff is very friendly and like many Filipinos...spontaneous.Although your sleep will not be disturb by loud music there is something to take note of....but it was no problem for me because i always sleep with my eyes AND ears closed :-) the aircon makes some noise if you want to sleep when it's on and there are some roosters around the hotel which can make you wake up in the night.The basic a la cart breakfast was not something for me to get early out of bed for.So i didn't.Since i don't eat meat the only thing which was left was toast,1 egg of your choice and a cup of tea or coffee.If you don't mind a 10 minute beachwalk in the morning you can find a Starbucks there with a variety of sandwhiches and coffee.If i ever come back again to Boracay i will certainly consider to stay here again.

My boyfriend and I decided to stay here on our last day in Bora as they had a "pay at the hotel" option in Agoda which was super convenient for people without credit card or those whose credit cards has been maxed out already, LOL. It was a very good choice because of it's location as it's close to the 2 beaches. The beds are super comfy, air conditioners, hot and cold shower are working nicely, spacious (even have an extra bed) and the breakfast is very good. It's unlike your ordinary cheap hotel breakfast with rice, some meat and eggs considering the amount we paid for one night, it was worth it! We had to check out at 7AM and they were very nice to offer to prepare and pack our sandwiches a little earlier so we won't miss our flight. It was a quick but very nice stay. I would highly recommend Urban Boutique Hotel. For it's price, you'll get more than what you pay for.

My family and I got the Presidential Suite (3rd Floor) for our April Boracay escapade. All I can say is the hotel is JUST PERFECT. Here are the reasons why: 1. LOCATION - This is perhaps the best location in Station 1. It's not too far from where the FUN is as it is near bars and shops. It's also located at a not-so-crowded place not unlike Station 2. If you want the peace and quiet, it's right in front of you near Willy's Rock and just a stone's throw away from the FUN side of Boracay. 2. VIEW - Staying at the 3rd floor provided us with the perfect view of Boracay both sunrise and sunset. The terrace also has plenty of chairs for you to lounge around with your family and gaze at the stars at night. 3. ACCESS - The main entrance is right in front of the main street. Plenty of trikes passing by to take you to D'Talipapa, a seafood hub in Bora. 4. ROOM - The suite we got is perfect for a family of 6. With a large bedroom and 2 sofa beds outside, there's still enough space for kids to run around. And there are 2 bathrooms, too. There's a full kitchen with toaster, microwave oven and electric stove, refrigerator and complete utensils. If you want something cook after a visit from D'Talipapa, you can easily go to the kitchen (next door) and ask the polite manongs or manangs to cook for you for P150. 5. BEST SERVICE - The manager is very accommodating and even gave us a discount for the additional pax. The staff are very helpful especially in giving you tips where to go and the best place to visit.

I love the pearl, every time I go to boracay I book here. we stay about 3 times a year minimum. its cheap, big rooms, comfy bed and it has the best stretch of the beach in boracay, flat quite and not as much foot traffic as station 2 or 3. its close to the restaurants and the big bars. so you can relax or you can party. it gives you the options. If I were you I'd book here now

When I checked the location of the hotel from google maps, I told my friends that it's too far from the usual event place (Epic, OM Bar, Wave) or D'Mall, but the price is really low compared to others since it was Laboracay(2017). I was really torn if I'll book a room from this hotel considering the distance from event place. But then I said, I'll give it a try. The room is big enough for us with a small balcony, shower room is not too small, bed is very comfortable, air conditioning is ok as well. Basically, the hotel itself is good. What made it excellent is their staff. They have a very friendly, accommodating staff. I thought distance of the hotel from the center would be a problem. Well, 5-10min tricycle ride from the hotel to D'mall is not that bad, and it's just for 10 pesos per head or 60 pesos for special ride. I would definitely go back here

good location in not too busy neighborhood. 2 minutes walk to area where white beaches widest and finest area begins. in this place staff really like you to feel comfortable and happy during your stay. for the price(low season) is hard to find service as good as this in boracay. there is a lot of people working around the clock here. safe place. hotel has a rooftop. i suggest they put sun loungers and tables there. at willy´s resort you can use their sun loungers for free unless they are full booked. it´s very quiet during the night if you stay at the 3rd floor. room was bit small but clean and practical. rooms are cleaned whenever you need and towels and bedlinen changed. they even changed a new shower curtain. soap, shampoo and umbrella provided in room. two kinds of pillows in room. both were too hard for my taste so i used my own one. room was mosquito free. free wifi connection is reliable but bit on a slower side. aircon was old but with remote and it´s efficient. unit is positioned low but it´s blowing to right direction. i know there is rooms here where unit is positioned that it blows to the bed too. you can choose room rate w/ or w/out breakfast. filipino, american or omelet. good value for price. no brewed coffee. small shops within 50-100m. restaurants at beach front are bit pricey. there´s andok´s thou on main street 150m. i found good value meals before astoria hotel. you can walk there by the beach. even on a rush hour it´s very quick to go with trike to anywhere except cagban and area between station 2 and 3. d´mall is about 5 mins away from door to door with trike.

In my point of view it isn't a hotel but more similar to an airbnb. We got to stay at the highest floor, but view is still blocked by surrounding, but still nice. Host is very helpful and friendly, introduced us the best place to dine nearby, named Obama's Grill (abit pricey) It is my first time in Philippines, so I did not expect the amount of insects I will see. Apparently the house were filled with ants and spiders. Ants crawling on bed even... I guess its Philippines then. For someone who is afraid of insects, I will book with hotels with higher floors next time. Better convenience with a laundry shop right below, and before leaving the place our clothes were all dry and warm in just 1.5h! Highly recommended if you want a less crowded beach with laundry service. Hotel provides beach towels, beach mat, tap water outside to wash your feet and room service for breakfast. They also have tours to recommend so when you ask for it, they have it.

if you are looking for a chic stay yet easy on the pocket, mito's place is our bet. location: mito's bags its proximity to restaurants, d'mall, shops and of course station 1 white beach. being sandwiched between starbucks and gerry's grill is perfect. place and staff:the place is lovely! the rooms are nicely furnished and very clean! the staff are excellent, friendly and hardworking who caters request urgently. they willingly clean the rooms. rates are reasonable, affordable and worthy. it also has wi-fi internet. simply the best. you can request those chairs arranged in the beachfront for sunbathing or chilling! with superb location, classy rooms without draining your wallet,i would definitely, definitely go back to mito's place.

Pros: The owner is very approachable both on call and in person The staff are very kind and attentive to our needs The room was very clean The bed is huge and very comfortable, i love that we had 7 pillows (if i can recall) The design of the room is very relaxing, its not that typical look of a hotel room Location is along main road and very close to the beach Cons: (minor) I wish they have another wall mirror in the room other than the one in the cr para madali mag ayos Sana din they have in room sleepers, maputik sa main road if its raining and dusty naman kapag maaraw, kaya we have to leave our dirty sleepers sa labas ng room. Hindi kasi ako sanay na nka yapak lang sa loob ng room,kaya much better if they'll be able to provide one. Overall im happy with my decision to book this hotel, the price is very affordable. Patio Pacific hotel is great. The staff were so attentive and FRIENDLY (most important). i hate going to a place to be greeted by grumpy staff, and that never happened at Patio. No matter the time I walked to the front desk, be it near midnight, or in the middle of a hot and busy day, the staff were always smiling and friendly. Every time I called front desk to ask for something, it would arrive at my door step within minutes. Efficiency at its best! The location of this hotel is perfect. It is a 2 min walk to the beach, and because of the countless of security cameras and guards, you will not get random dodgy people walking through the hotel to the beach. It is gated at night so you know it's relatively safe, and security guards are always on standby. Great service from them helping us cross the busy main road to the front desk building too. Breakfast: Nice range of food. I'm a picky eater, so the fruit spread and egg station were enough for me! Some items change every day (the pastries and meat) but you can expect your usual bread/cereal/eggs/fruit to stay the same. The room: It is simple and of comfortable size. You get what you pay for! Don't expect a 5-star carpeted room, but you can expect the bare minimum - nice clean sheets, powerful air-conditioning, basic amenities (no tea/coffee, but there is a kettle), great range of TV channels, and good curtains to keep the morning light out (sun rises pretty early there). The room was good enough for me! I honestly don't understand some of the complaints (bad luck maybe?) because this hotel was a 10/10 for me. The service was the best thing out of my whole stay. I'll be back for sure!

For my first trip to Boracay, I am really happy that I chose to stay at Shore Time. I searched accommodation websites for hours trying to find the best deal for standard hotels which seemed very over priced My partner and I just needed something simple but comfortable, and close to the beach. Shore Time seemed much lower in price in comparison to other hotels in the Station One area, so I wasn't expecting the best hotel. But I was pleasantly surprised on arrival. The staff were ultra friendly. We are a gay couple, and there weren't any problems or awkward questions on check-in. The rooms were clean and modern. The rainwater shower heads were a pleasure in the bathroom. There is a security guard out front and security is for the hotel is adequate. Guest entry is monitored and logged, so thiefs have a hard time gaining entry. I think Shore Time is in the best location too. Some of the more expensive hotels like Astoria and Red Coconut are right in the thick of the busy station 2 strip which is very loud every night. We are young guys and could of coped, but Shore Time provided excellent accommodation that was only a 5 minute walk to the action of station 2 and we didn't have to worry about the noise. I intend on going back to Boracay, and I will most certainly book with Shore Time again!

One Azul Boracay is a lovely, little quaint hotel in the middle of Discovery Shores and the Ambassador Hotel. It consists of blue themed rooms which are all a stone throws away from the beach itself. The staff was very efficient and they took the initiative to book transit arrangements to and from the airport and hotel with my Boracay guide assistance people. They also go over and beyond offering the basic necessities such as giving drinking water, toiletries, beach Bantug and towels. The bathrooms had a bidet in the toilet which is uncommon in general. However, I just had a little challenge locking and unlocking the room since the lock was too high to reach which always leads me to unnecessary questions to the staff. Also, the room accumulates dust and sand easily so slippers should probably be left outside the room. With that said, security of the rooms in the hotel is risked. Lastly, floors are uneven so I tripped from bathroom to the bedroom. Overall, it was a good stay.

Everything was perfect! The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everyone woukd smile whenever you pass by them and is very willing to extend a helping hand if in need. The whole hotel facility is clean. The room is very comfy, definitely worth every cent you will pay. I highly recommend Ocean Bay Resort to family and group of friends who wants to stroll around Boracay Island and yet wants to make sure they're paying the best. 2 minutes walk from the hotel going to White Beach is never an issue for it is still near all the places you'd love to visit in Bora. Thumbs up Ocean Bay! Thanks to the Ate's and Kuya's who took good care of us! Kudos!!

I was surprised how clean, spacious and comfortable our room assignment. we areoved ahead of schedule but they still accomodate us. The staffs were friendly, polite and courteuos. The hotel is stone throw away from the beach and the location is away from the party scene in Boracay. We are close to willy's rock and station 1. We feel very safe. Their linens and beds smells clean and the utilities works well. I'll definitely book another stay here as I highly recommend this. Stayed last Mar 30 - Apr 2, 3 pax (family)

for you to experience what boracay really is, one should use all senses. sight - see crystal clear waters and powdery white sands. hearing - listen to the waves. scent - smell the fresh breeze of the sea taste - indulge yourself with many delicious dishes of the island. touch - dance, kiss, embrace, make love. this is the perfect place to experience true boracay.

OCP is located just off the main street near the church and Cocomangas bar and at the end of Station 1,less than 5 minutes walk to beach. The hotel's surrounding is quiet. It's 10 years old but looks new after undergone renovation. Still minor works on-going. Room & bathroom is clean & spacious with a safe for valuables. Split unit air-conditioning in the room. The complimentary breakfast is tasty with four different menu sets(American, Continental, Chinese & Filipino) plus sub-menu for each to choose from. Complimentary beach towels & mats are provided for guests. The hotel greatest assets is the staff .. helpful, friendly & always greeting the guests regardless of the time and welcome you with a warm smile. A BIG THANK YOU to kitchen & the cleaning staff for such a pleasant stay. Being off the mainstream rows of hotel, we managed to engage the locals & food vendors in the vicinity. Must try the caramelised fried bananas. On Sunday morning the berlinga - "earthen oven baked pancake with salted egg" & .. bambu (bamboo steam glutinous rice). The vendor works only 52 weekends(Sunday) plus 10 days before X'mas. Be sure to catch the local kids in the morning making music with their improvised instruments in the corner house as they walked to the main road. It's really a joy seeing them having so much fun with so little. My only grouse, OCP had to run the generator set due to power outage caused by Typhoon Hai Yan. Can't blame them ... force of Nature. awesome family atmosphere complete with two labradors. helpful staff who will do anything for you day or night. a single person feels very safe since they guard the front door. i would recommend ear plugs until you get used to the noise. quiet between bars closing (1.30 am )and morning wake up (7am). no windows in the room is an issue at first but you get used to it. however when the power is out on the island for the day (except for hotels with generators) it did become an issue. i think that is rare however. i will return. best beach station i believe. jude
