Location- beautiful quiet street in a very central location, in the heart of upscale, happening Koregaon Park. Lovely old building, well- maintained with modern tastefully renovated studio-rooms. I didn’t see the older rooms, but the new studio-rooms are wonderful, with a little porch ok the central lawn. Staff are friendly and helpful; the Italian restaurant is a plus. Overall, the perfect boutique-style hotel.

One of the few places I could find with a balcony and wide open spaces. I loved the space and the design of my suite and appreciated that the restaurant Sante is on the premises (as is a yoga studio and a spa!) Great location, super well appointed rooms. A real gem.

The staff were extremely helpful. Great hotel. The restaurant was great. Organic healthy food was amazing. The staff at this restaurant were so wonderful and assisted me in shopping as well. I would like to thank Nitesh of the Sante restaurant who took me shopping and really too good care of me.

The hotel was undergoing renovation due to which we got the old rooms and not the ones we saw in the picture. Location of this hotel is fantastic and so is its restaurants. I would definitely want to stay again but in the newer rooms :-)

The "superior" rooms are a scam, the studio rooms are what you want when you look at the pictures.”
The location makes up for it but the pictures of the hotel are all of the renovated studio rooms. The so called heritage wing looks like it was last renovated when Sholay was still playing.

Lovely hotel location, room & ambuance. Negatyves are : - Torn towels - Cable tv did not work (No balance) & even if it works - only free channels - No proper Property manager to supervise cleanliness & hotel running. If these Negatives are resolved - great place to stay

Positive_ If you are going to Osho International - perfect location- right next to it. Beautiful garden outside the studio rooms. free parking available. Negative :- extremely Poor service, torn and hard towels, poor breakfast , poor options for food- you will be better off ordering by zomato or swiggy. Not value for money as the place can at best be said to be a clean 2 star property. Much better properties available at similar rates nearby - if you are just a tourist or travelling for work.

Beautiful garden facing rooms But for the price better service should be provided Rough towels I was there for 20 days but they did not change the bed linen even once No on call service available If you ask for a glass at noon You won’t get it till evening without several reminders

I recently traveled to Pune to meet my childhood friends and stayed at Suderban Resort at Koregoan. The rooms are dated, hygiene levels are average and reception staff ordinary. The complimentary breakfast was pretty average with the same food served everyday. I wouldn't recommend this place.
