They did not provide 24*7 hot water (only until 12 PM). They didn't have a bar. The room service was available until 10 PM instead of 24*7. None of the covid protocols were followed. Most of the staff was not wearing mask, no screening of the guests, etc.

Amazing Hotel and great location”
I have travelled widely and to be honest have not come across another hotel in similar price range which can match up. The location is very good, walking distance from the railway and bus stations and not too far from the airport. Each room has been done differently in a very charming way, you can select a room which suits your purpose of travel - leisure, budget, honeymoon, room with a kitchennette and a suite. It caters for all types of people who dont want a hole in their pocket by staying at 5 star properties. This hotel provides everyting that a traveller needs. So if you are in Pune for a short business trip or a spending a quite weekend to a week this is the perfect choice. Good location, friendly and helpful staff and great rooms. Just go for it!

Great Hotel”
Stayed here for 3 nights and it's by far the best hotel I've stayed at in India, during my past month of traveling. Front desk staff, porters, cleaners, restaurant manager and staff all very friendly. Great variety of food at buffet breakfast. Restaurant food is high quality. Rooms are comfortable, cleaned every day with great ventilation. Bathroom is spotless with everything in good working order. Location is good and in a quiet street. Movies cinemas and a western style boutique pub next door. 500m walk and you can experience some real Pune, with numerous shops and good local restaurant bars. Also train station is very close to the hotel. Just book a room, I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

the room was very clean and comfortable, the wi-fi and breakfast are free, the bathroom was gorgeous, there's a safe in every room, the food is great -- but the best thing about this place is the friendliness, willingness and attitude of the staff. i'll be measuring every other place i stay in india against the studio estique.

Good Place to stay”
The stay was very good. However the information on the Agoda website about the Designer Studio Room with washing machine is not accurate. According to the reception staff, there is no room with washing machine . I booked a studio which is supposed to have a washing machine. Very convenient to get a tuk-tuk to most of the popular places.The studio is big and clean . Breakfast is good as you can order some dishes from the cook.

Faultless boutique hotel”
All staff at this hotel were genuinely welcoming and concerned to make our stay enjoyable. The discreet yet thorough service here was just as good as you would expect in a very expensive 5-star hotel. Staff are well-trained and really seem to like their work and the guests. The room was large and thoughtfully designed with wooden shutters that slid over the windows and completely blocked out daylight. The bathroom was perfectly functional with great water pressure and instant hot water in the shower. Staff provided extra luggage racks for our bags. Breakfast was a nice mix of Indian and European. The vegetables with herbs were delicious and very much appreciated. Coffee here was very good also. Just one tiny issue: the bed design was a slight hazard as I kept bumping into the wooden edge in the dark. However, the bedding was so soft and comfortable that we both slept beautifully.

Great hotel, great staff”
i loved this hotel. it's modern, clean, staff are fantastic, good location. the pool is in the hotel next door, i used it a few times & it was no problem. breakfast is really good, room was spacious with a kitchenette, microwave hot plate & small fridge. bathroom is a really good size with a full size bath. it's next door to a cinema complex which was handy & walking distance to the shopping district. i really recommend this hotel.

Value for money and excellent location”
For Rs 2,200 per day rate, it was an excellent bargain. I stayed alone, in a single occupancy, single-bed room. The room was spacious enough for one person and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a decent spread. The best part about the hotel is its location. Inox cinemas are right next door and so are a couple of nice eating and drinking places... Gajali and Flambos Microbrewary. It is walking distance to MG Road, East Street, and even to the Railway Station (maybe 1 km). The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I had a very nice stay and will stay there again when I'm there next.

A modern hotel with exceptional service”
A fantastic experience, I must say. The reception staff were very courteous and well behaved. The rooms are maintained well as they are cleaned twice a day. And, it has a great break fast buffet which should not be missed. Kudos to the Hotel management and staff.

This is a marvelous hotel. The breakfast is very nice. I booked two nonrefundable nights.This is a mistake. But the manager agreed to refund me. He is so nice gentleman. When I was talking to someone, some staff would talk to my son to pass his boring time.after talk to the staff,he was happy.
