Incredible staff”
The best part about the hotel is its staff! During my 5 night stay, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. They sent cookies every night as a part of their turn down service, which was a nice touch! It feels like staying at a beautiful home instead of a hotel. It’s also within walking distance to the ancient town without being too noisy. I would absolutely recommend and would stay here when I come back to Hoi An.

It’s beautiful, the staff are lovely, nothing is too much trouble. Our room was stunning. 2 lovely pools. Free use of bikes to cycle around Hoi An and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. We booked for 3 nights and extended for another 3.

Satisfied staying in Hoi an”
It was a bit expensive compared to other hotels in Hoi an, but it was worth it. The room, cleaning, and breakfast were all satisfactory. Especially, Cafe sua-da(hot), which I ordered for room service, was the best Cafe sua-da coffee I drank during my two-week trip.

Hoi An is a tourist spot but not very big. MGallery is very close to the small river, as well as within walking distance from the Old Town site. The staff, facilities, services, food are all of better-than-acceptable quality, and I was able to enjoy my time there.

For the first time ever I question about MGallery standard”
This MGallery Hoi An hotel is upgraded from a local hotel & it's way too far from an international 5-star hotel and an average MGallery hotel across the globe. I booked City-view deluxe twin room & I got the room in 6th floor & all 3 windows facing the right next door hotel. The distance between the 2 facilities is less than 10metre to be precise. So I didnt have the view, and I have to close all the curtain throughout my stay, means absolutely no natural light. The wooden floor in my room is mobbed too. The roof-top pool is very tiny. I didnt book breakfast so can't give feedback. Maybe the only plus point is the very gentle & hospitised bellboy who welcomed us when we arrived and he was also the one waited for Grab driver with us outside of the hotel for 5min. He's the representative of Hoi An town's hospitality, to be honest.

I stayed in 2711 and was not feeling well when reached. Needed to rest in the room for 2 days. When I requested for more water, the front desk said would not charge me for water out of goodwill. What?! Anyway, i have to say i m disappointed bcecause this is a highly-rated hotel.

Wonderful oasis”
Hotel Royal Hoi An MGallery is a wonderful oasis on the edge of Ancient Town. The rooms are very comfortable, and the wonderfully cosy bed will ensure a very solid night's sleep after a day of exploring. Ancient Town is within walking distance of the hotel, which keeps you just close enough to the activity but still offers an oasis when you want to put your feet up by the pool. The staff are very friendly and happy to help with any inquiry - often going out of their way to assist. The buffet breakfast is of ample size and variety for this size hotel. I would definitely stay at Hotel Royal if I were to ever visit Hoi An again. A suitable choice for all travellers: solo, couple, business, groups and families.

Probably the best hotel in Hoi An”
We just loved our stay in the Hotel Royal in Hoi An. This hotel oozes luxury with 2 different wings: Sotaru and Wakaku. Sotaru wing has the more masculine, darker japanese styled rooms and the Wakaku wing has the more feminine, lighter coloured rooms. We stayed in Wakaku and it was very beautiful. There are 2 pools, one on the ground floor and one on the roof. Both are reasonable sized. The breakfast was very good, with a fresh waffle station as well as all the usual good breakfast fare - both vietnamese and western. The staff were lovely. We felt special during our stay. It is a little expensive, but we felt it was worth it. So if you're looking for a place to stay relatively close to old town and don't need to be next to the beach - this is it.
