The location is great, within walkable distance to food. It is a decent place, very basic, and not very new. Provided are disposable slippers, laundry bag, safe deposit box, some toiletries, soap bar and body wash, but no shampoo or conditioner. There are only bath towels, no hand or face towels. For guests on that floor, there is a general hot and cold water dispenser, and an iron and ironing board in the hallway. The place looks clean but we woke up to a dead cockroach on the floor near the window on the last day. We had not eaten in the room. If convenience is paramount, it's a reasonable accomm. If you spend any time in the room or hotel, then another hotel might be larger, more comfortable, and likely more expensive.

It was a hotel at a very good location. The room view is spectacular where the Komtar tower is just in front of us. Comfortable king size bed and clean room. The downside would be the noise from next door as there is a connecting door inside the junior suite, we heard the children screaming and in the midnight the water faucet from next door as they were showering at 12midnight & then hairdryer. Footsteps from above could be heard as well. Hence not sleeping like a log even though room was cold and bed was perfect. We love the all in one bath amenity with saddle wood smell. Not to forget the swimming pool at the rooftop, spectacular view, the pool staff, Imran was friendly and polite. Breakfast was delectable. Overall it was a welcoming stay and we would return again.

The location of the hotel is really good surrounded with malls and eateries. Walking is possible if you are up for it but if you are not, Grab is also easily available as it is situated in the heart of Georgetown. Hotel Parking is also very easy for us as we find it no problem finding a spot everyday. Room is clean and comfortable. Love that they provide a water refill machine (Coway) at the corridor allowing us to have access to hot, cold and room temperature water at all time. Staff was friendly and approachable too. However, breakfast to me was just alright and normal. I would suggest to take the room without the breakfast and enjoy the local food in the kopitiam or restaurant instead. Highly recommended and will come back again.

“Good location but surrounding not so much”
I think hotel wise if you're on a budget this hotel is fine. Room is super spacious and worth your money. Room itself is clean. I didn't use the facilities so I dont know. Surrounding area many food shops. Easy to walk to anywhere you wanna go. Location is good. However, that place seems like a hot spot for Bangladeshis. They were everywhere and staring at me and my friend non stop. We were just lucky that there were many other tourist walking around. But it just felt icky and scary having them all around n staring wherever you go.
