Jazira Hotel is mosquito infested. Facilities in the room are not well maintained. Bathroom tub is dirty in the USD 150/night Sea View Romms; and old, taps in Deluxe room are hard to move around and uncomfortable to use while bathing. Overall cleanliness in the rooms, mosquito infestation and maintenance of fittings and fixtures are awful for such an expensive Hotel with daily tariffs as high as USD 100 for Deluxe Rooms and USD 150 for Sea View Rooms ! Complete avoid.

Good hotel but had a synchronization issue ”
Overall hotel stay was good but had a important problem at the time of check-in. They said I don't have booking although I booked through Agoda almost 1 month back with full payment. Probably There was some miscommunication between Hotel Manager and Reception staff so they have not blocked room for me, they said payment Check from AGODA came just one day before my check in date. Although when I called manager 1 week before check-in, he said room booking in my name is confirmed. After waiting for half an hour Luckily they gave me a room which they allotted to one of their friend and it was getting vacant. If they had no room available then I would have been in Trouble, getting any other hotel at this peak time was very difficult, and it would have spoiled my Vacation. So it was hotels mistake and upto some extent Agoda's issue as they made payment very late.
