Good but night manager was a trying to cheat us.”

I booked a room for 2 people for 2 nights. My guest would change from the first night to the second night and the night manager had a serious problem with it. He said that we cannot change who the guest was from night to night. Why should it matter if there are only 2 people staying in the room in the end anyways? We ended up having a screaming match with him claiming there was nothing in the fine print that we could not change who the guest was. The night manager took 20 minutes to try to look something up but sent us upstairs. He later called us down again saying it would be 500 rupees for the guest change but didn't give a reason why. We ended up in another screaming match but the taxi had come which would take us to the airport to drop our friend off. When we got back, we just marched straight to our room. Nothing was charged in the morning when I checked out. The night manager seriously just wanted the extra money in his pocket. I loved this hotel because I stayed here one year ago.

the services are very good, and it near the commercial street, very convenient for shopping the local things, but remember to bargin. The hotel has very good restraunt, and can serve many kinds of food. They can also do room services too. The reception is very polite and professional, you can get many information from them.

Het is geen lux hotel. Badkamer was schoon maar zag er verkommerd uit. Tot 2 uur 's nachts last van bruiloftsgasten op gang. Tv werkte niet.

いやだったのはマネジャー。日本人通と言ってたが、電話をかけてきてショッピングに連れて行こうとする強引さに辟易した。全体に薄暗く、あまりはやってない感じだった。料金が割高に感じられた。
