Overall good service and nice place, only some of the front office staffs needs to be trained better.”

Overall, this is a pleasant hotel for this amount of fee paid, though parking is not allocated but still can manage to find a slot if you are lucky, just be careful with the roadside parking and not to obstruct the on-going traffic and the parking area is very narrow. Front office (lobby) staff the female person assigned needs to be more respectful towards customers and at least maintain a little eye contact when communicating. She's not even looking at your face after asking for your identification, thinking how she would verify the person staying and the person in the ID there. Literally never looked at me at all throughout the registration process. Had to wait for some moments at the front door when the door is locked from inside, she did not press the button to open up the door to allow me in though can see me carrying so many bags in both hands, end up another hotel customer opened the door by pressing the other button next to the door. It is good to keep the door locked due to security reasons, but when someone is waiting with so many bags she could have used her discretion well and open up the door, as it was only around 8 pm at that time. Thank you and I hope this hotel can improve its customer service aspects. Regards, Anand

Best budget hotel in Kepong.”

Like : Price are budget & reasonable. Fast wifi. Located in Jinjang area, where you can find authentic local chinese food just around the hotel. 2.5km to the nearest KTM train station. It would be better if the MRT station near the hotel start using. Things need to be improve: I would rate the cleaniness of my room 70+ out of 100. Need to take some time to clean up the stains in the toilet/room. Also make sure there is no bug. Although it is a non smoking room, but they allow guests to smoke at the corridor, and the strong smell comes into & remain in the room. Just make it a non smoking hotel for god sake.
