Couldn't have thought better!”
Not much to add to positive other reviews though! Spent only 1 night at room 213 (windowless) hence slept perfectly well: asked for an additional blanket at 00.30h (my arrival time) and got it 2mins later as well an air-con adjustment at 26 degrees, which was executed from the receptionist. Room is top clean, amenities sufficient, staff hyper efficient, smiling and knowledgeable - location brilliant: MRT, Buses, Taxi stand, plenty of restaurant in very near by shopping malls. Old Singaporean 2-floor shopping houses are de rigour in Hotel's environment which gives the whole scene a great touch of cosiness. For sure I will stay there again next time and shall let know my friends about this lovely Gem! Congrats to all the staff!

Clean room and friendly staff. I booked superior plus (for 3 guest) but I use it for 4 guest, no additional charge for extra guest. If you have checked out but you still need to stroll around, the receptionist allow you to leave your luggage in the lobby. The staff will give the tag on your luggage and paper to pick your luggage when you go back. I will choose to stay at this hotel if I go to singapore again.

Good price,nearest with MRT and Arab street.Room is clean.Staff very helpful.Wifi connection is very good.The blanket is less thick to cover the cold tempeture in the room. Hope can improve in the future. Overall is good.

The staffs will always try their best to help you. It’s very near to restaurants & grocery stores. Nicoll Highway MRT is just a short distance away. There’s a decent Malay restaurant just a short distance across the hotel which serve delicious breakfast. They do our room everyday as instructed. If u like spacious room, I’d say u request for a triple room instead. Im satisfied with the double room for two people though. You can also buy tickets for the attractions from the hotel receptionists which is cheaper than Klook! They have transportations that can send you to Changi Airport or even to USS but of course u have to pay for it. Overall, I like this place. You get what you pay for. Thank you Hotel 81 Heritage 😊.

Budget hotel with great staff and location”
Super accessible. Their staff is extremely polite and accommodating. Room is small but with just my mom and brother, thats enough for us . Room was clean and they clean everyday. I just wish there are window. But we'll definitely book this again. easy access to Grab, taxi and mrt though we didnt use mrt during our stay. But its walking distance. There are 24hr comvenience store and resto. Its near coffee shops and haji lane.

All facilities are working... good WIFI connections... bathroom are clean and easily dry.. aircond working fine... towel very clean.. Good location... near to 2 MRT stations (walking distance)- easy to Airport and Marina Bay... near to halal food.. near to 24hrs convenient shop... Superb Location”
The hotel location was superb, lotsa eateries around, 24H mart beside the hotel, convenience for us with baby or small kids to buy anything. Nearest MRT, Nicoll Highway. Walking distance around 10min. If you walk faster maybe less than 10min Lotsa halal restaurant around, which is a plus point.

Worthed if you want to stay at Bugis area”
This hotel is nearby the bus stop. The staff, especially Wynne is very very helpful. She is always there to accomadate our needs including telling/guiding the directions. Hotel itself is very clean, small but okay lah for hotel nearby Bugis. Halal eateries also nearby and seven eleven was just cross the road. But this hotel dont have ice box ( small refrigerator) or swimming pool, but they have bath tub for triple room. We enjoy our stay here

We stayed here for 6nights. All the staff is nice. They clean our room whenever the go out and change the towels without us asking if we need a new set. We also asked them if we can leave or luggages because we're going to Legoland for 2d1n. They allow us and it's super hassle free to us not to carry our luggages to Malaysia. It's also a good location because lots of restaurant around the hotel and a convenience store beside it. My only problem is the mrt, the hotel is between bugis and lavender station. And you have to walk for almost 2blocks to reach the bus station. We had to ride a bus (1station away) to lavender station because it's quite far since we have a kid with us. But overall, we enjoyed our stay here. I'll recommend it to my friends :)

Small room but friendly staff”
The price consoder expensive as the room are small. You can get the same price at thier other branch with bigger room. Staff are friendly. Location near 3 different MRT, Bugis, Lavender & Nicoll Hiway if I am not mistaken. Halal restaurant nearby. 7-11 also near by. Would I stay here again? May be yes may be not. Depend on my purpose of visit.
