Amazing boutique experience ”
This hotel is fantastic. Lovely building with an inner pool and courtyard. Garden is beautiful, rooms are very large and super clean. Staff is very friendly. Some perks are free use of bicycles, although the location is only a 10 min walk to mid-old town and amazing breakfast. Don't hesitate, just book this place! Thanks to Chloe, Iris and many of the other staff for a lovely experience. We'll be back!

Quiet oasis in the middle of Hoi An”
Friendly and professional staff, good location (short walk to the old town), plenty of cafes etc. around. Large room, spacious and clean bathroom and comfortable large bed. Nice small garden with pool where it is quiet and relaxing, away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An. Good breakfast selection, just the coffee is awful (but typical for Vietnam). We would surely book again. Just to note that there is no elevator, so if you stay on third floor you need to climb several stairs after a long day of walking ;)

As a seasoned traveller I have seen many places. There are hotels that may be more modern, more luxurious, more spaceous, more whatsever then the Hoian Central Hotel. But in one thing, this place will beat them all: Service. The staff is incredible, all the way down to the cleaning maid. At this place, they will do anything to get you satisfied. I can fully recommend this place. Another big asset is the location. You are less then five minutes from the old town - a very big advantage if you want to go to the old town several times (specially at night when most daytime tourists are gone). No hassle with the shuttle or long bike rides. On the other side: Be aware that most (not all) rooms face the street, so no zen serenity here. You will hear the scooters but luckily no music, since there is no bar in the vincinity. Ask for a garden room if you want to be more quiet. And one more time: Best staff ever, thank you very much!

Everything was perfect. If I come back to Vietnam, I will book here first and plan the rest of the vacation around it. Beautifully clean, vintage style building, comfortable beds with quality linens and wonderful staff. Plumbing Aircon and ceiling fan were perfect. Adorable garden with garden and outdoor breakfast area. Comfortable walking distance from the heart of Hoi An, so a quieter part of town. The special noodle at breakfast was delicious, don't be deterred by the display sample. I loved it.... One of my top 5 holiday hotels... And I travel a lot.

Excellent breakfast, very nice pool. Room was spacious and comfortable. Iris at the front desk was wonderful and all her restaurant recommendations were excellent. There are bicycles you can take free of charge to explore the area.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Amazing place and food. Night market and places like Japanese bridge are all walkable within 10-15 mins. They do provide cycle complementary with the stay. If you need a cab or motor bike, all can be very easily arranged by the staff. Taxi to airport provided is cheaper than the grab. Breakfast has a decent spread and taste was amazing. We were overwhelmed with their hospitality. They love to help. Very nice staff. Thanks to Rossie, Chloe and Iris who made our stay memorable.

So close to the best of Hoi An. Great little local restaurant across the road. Staff were awesome and so helpful and accommodating. Huge, comfortable bed, with balcony overlooking the pool. Only downside is that foyer is open to all floors, with marble everywhere, which means that every sound travels. Highly recommend.

Love my stay in Hoi An Central Hotel. Very good location, just a few minutes walking to the centre town, near the Precious Heritage Museum which I like so much, many coffee shop, clothes, food store near the hotel. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and spacious, we booked the room for 7 people, it is very comfortable. Definitely will comeback with my family again.

We booked 2 Premier rooms that came with a nice balcony. Staff was very prompt in resolving TV connection in one room and power issue in another. On the whole, its a very nice hotel, nice and polite helpful staff, always ready for any enquiries or assistance.

Perfect place from which to explore Hoi An”
This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are great. The staff are helpful. Its location can't be beat. The only thing to know is that there is no elevator if you needed one. The breakfast was catered more to non-western tastes, but that's fine. There are cheap coffee houses everywhere. The pool s a nice way to unwind or take break from the heat. Everything was really lovely. Absolutely recommend this hotel.

I dont like to review any but this time it comes to the difference point where i would like to have a good feedback. The reception staffs are really service minds and others as well. I did not expect to have breakfast with the price i booked for 2 kids, and my wife too but i was included. Also the location and the room are exceeded my expectation for the room rate. Classic, close, and Comfortable ”
On the edge of the old part of town, this is a beautiful hotel. The staff was the best in all of the four hotels I stayed in the past two weeks. I was initially worried because my hotel was near the entrance, and sometimes during a midday nap I could hear people in the garden/pool area, but overall it was peaceful.

Perfectly situated in ancient town, within walking distance of everything. Staff were absolutely lovely and the pool is divine. Lovely garden setting for breakfast and a very comfy bed. Will return again and again. Highly recommend as THE place to stay in Hoi An.
