Good price for overall experiences”
We stayed here 2 nights for our Disneyland trip in California. We booked the room via agoda and paid about $313 for 2 nights plus $48 for 2 days parking at the property. Compared to what we paid, everything perfect for us. The front desk had friendly greetings and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable bed and had a nice view (we could see Disneyland fireworks from the room). The hotel was not far from Disneyland, 10 minutes driving to Disneyland parking and there was Starbuck inside the hotel so we can grab some coffee there in the morning. The housekeeping did perfect jobs on cleaning the bed, changing the stuff on restroom and cleaning the trash without any request.

Hotel was beautiful its self was beautiful. There was about a 35-45 minute wait to get checked in but the Staff was courteous. The room was clean I expected it to be slightly bigger but overall it was great. The location of the hotel is great ! Lots of food / entertainment options within a few miles radius.

You must go for the room with the view of the Disney Park. You won’t regret it! You will looked out directly to the fireworks display! My husband and i enjoyed the show so much! Thank you, Hilton Anaheim :)

Kid friendly and very clean!”
I stayed here with my husband and two small children. My babies enjoyed the pool and water slide area. There is a bar and grill right by the pool! They will even bring the food to you, so you don’t have to leave your babies unattended. Very clean and kid friendly hotel.

Room was big and clean. Nothing super fancy but nice for the price. Staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Beautiful lobby and large gym. Starbucks in the lobby was great before Disney. Quick walk to the park.

Great Room, Great View of Disneyland”
Everything was great except that the heater was not working properly. We had to dress VERY warm and stay under the blankets to stay warm—no matter what setting we used on the thermostat, nothing changed.

Irresponsible reception staff ”
My father handed over his passport at the time of check out and forgot to take it back from the receptionist. It didn’t occur to the receptionist even at that time to hand it back to him, and he was in the hotel for another 30 mins, and still she didn’t realize. Until we got to the airport my dad didn’t realize he left the passport, and then he had to miss his flight. Yes there was a mistake on our part, but the staff should have been more alert and attentive that a guest left his passport and should have at least tried contacting him.

It can get very busy, crowded and noisy as it is a convention center. Walking distance to restaurants and CVS. Staff are friendly. Bathroom can be revamped- bit old. Overall good stay, would have liked complimentary water or slippers being a Hilton.

Very nice upon arrival, however, once you get into the room it’s different. There was a hole above our shower. The sink was clogged, and the shower water struggled to go down as well. The worst part, though, was waking up at 2:30am to the sound of water running down from the ceiling. Had to turn off AC and place the ice bucket under the drip.

UNFRIENDLY RESERVATIONS COUNTER ”
Hilton Hotel is an expensive hotel. It is clean and good size of bed and comfortable to sleep. The location is a walk to the restaurants around the area. It would help if the reservation desk counter that I talked to is a little nicer. They don't extent more help and explanation to their guest questions.

Room fridge was broken, hairs in the tub when we checked in. The hotel just needs an upgrade the carpet looks old and the interior painting in the rooms is crap and dreary. Next time I will spend more money on a room so I can actually feel like I’m on vacation.

Hotel is closed ”
Arrived at hotel and it is closed. I was charged for two nights and two rooms. We arrived at 8PM and no answer from anyone. We have two small children this was horrible. You should definitely not allow to book property’s that are closed.
