Stayed overnight with a friend because we were attending a seminar at the Sentul International Convention Center. Hotel Harris is located right in front of the SICC, so it's just a short walk. All the staff are very friendly. The room is clean and the breakfast is also varied. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff, I would say this hotel is generous because there is a sofa in the room that can accommodate an adult, so there’s no need to incur extra costs for an extra bed, plus they provide blankets if requested, and bottled water is free to take from the dispensers available on each floor. The elevator that doesn’t require a key card has its pros and cons, but in my opinion, it should still require access for safety. The facilities for kids are quite complete and in the open air, but when I arrived on the weekend, the rabbit was just kept in a cage; it would be nice if they added more animals. The kids were happy playing with the ATV for an additional fee, and the track is long enough for two laps. Next time I stay, I want to try eating at the tent with a campfire; it sounds fun.

Thumbs up for the staff who are quick, helpful, and friendly. Bringing a 12-year-old and a 15-year-old is indeed challenging if there aren’t many activities. We arrived for check-in (even though it wasn’t time yet, but we could already enter), dropped off our things and the kids went straight to their first activity, Outbond - flying fox, then continued with ATV, archery, shooting, and ended with swimming. The next morning we tried ping pong, badminton, ATV - archery - swimming (again). There are bike rental facilities as well. We'll definitely come back here again with the extended family.
