The best in everything!!”
The staff are all super friendly and accommodating to your needs. Room is wonderful (Studio King) and spacious. This is my home away from home!! The only thing that I miss is no restaurant. Everything comes from room service in take away bags. You can still eat in their dining area but just miss the restaurant atmosphere. Super great place to stay !!!

Proper Place for Quarantine”
Traveling in this epidemic crisis is not easy, but I was lucky to stay in this Hala Arjaan hotel during my quarantine. Hotel staffs are ready to assist me beyond my expectation, food and delivery are well organized. Especially Mr. Rajeen in reception had updated information on changing quatantine procedure and gave me great help. It was pleasant stay even it was for quarantine, I'd recommend this hotel if you are looking for place to go through quarantine into Abu Dhabi.

The pool was a huge disappointment, it's covered so no sun can get in, but the walls have slats that allow the wind to pump through, so it's really cold up there. The pool area is uninviting and small. The breakfast was ala carte and very average. Nothing for the children to do. The room however was spacious and lovely - tiny balcony though.

Although the room is nice and clean but guest service is very bad and doesn't meet the 4-star hotel standards. 1- check in took a very long time although we checked in night and not im peak hours 2- we had issue with the TV connectivity with the internet and called room service. they sent someone after 30 min and he took around 30 min to get it fixed 3- check out took very very long time (around 30 min) because they forget to put the security deposit in the system and they had to call the receptionist from the night shift to confirm. 4- we paid the municipality fee tax although the rate on Agoda says including all taxes and fees.

Housekeeping staff is good but 1 front desk clerk not so professional in customer service. I requested for a high floor and quiet room but gave me a room in front of parking lot and near the elevator since I'm a light sleeper. So i requested for a room change but he asked me to pay additional 50 aed just to have a room on higher floor! Rotana hotels usually have high standard of customer service but i am very disappointed with that experience.

Stay at Hala Arjaan”
On arriving at the hotel we were greeted by genuinely helpful, friendly reception staff. Although we didn't ask we were upgraded to a suite. The rooms were very clean and each morning the reception staff asked if we needed any help with our holiday regarding taxis or information about the local area. The breakfast buffet had a good selection to choose from. We took the A1 City Air Terminal bus from the Airport (cost 4 Dirhams)and got off at Electra Park on Al Fayed the First Street, walked about 300 metres to The Merdian hotel (straight ahead in the same direction the bus had just travelled) then on arriving at that street turned left, you can then see The Hala Arjaan straight in front of you, about 200 metres ahead (letter A at the top of the hotel can be seen from a distance). Some of the bus routes ie 056, 044, 007 (any service starting with a zero) don't take cash so you have to buy a bus card (we didn't manage to), but the A1 from the aiport and many others take cash, the cost is 4 Dirhams per person per journey regardless of the distance.

Great location, staff, rooms and service!”
The staff of Hala Arjaan went above and beyond by calling around to organise tours and trips for me at a cost and time that I wanted then extended my checkout time to suit the tours at no charge. There was nothing I could think of to ask for that they did not already offer me, and gave all sorts of sightseeing recommendations when I had free time. They were the main reason I enjoyed my trip to Abu Dhabi so much. Thankyou!!

I was raveling to Abu Dhabi to spend the weekend away from Riyadh Saudi Arabia. The Rotana Hala Ajaan is one of my favorite hotels in down town Abu Dhabi next to the Abu Dhabi Mall. Good, food, entertainment and atmosphere for a reasonable price.

Pleasant and comfortable”
I normally stay at the Hala Arjaan when in Abu Dhabi because I appreciate spacious rooms and, coming by car, the fact that it has its own parking area right next tot the hotel. In addition the swimming pools allows for a bit of lap swimming, always nice after a long day. Location is also convenient, it is very close to the Abu Dhabi mall and close to the Corniche, good for a stroll along the waterfront. This will be my hotel of choice for the time to come.

A wonderful Experience”
Rotana never fail to amaze me always during my stay. My first try with Hala Arjaan and I would definitely loved to go back there again with my family. The staff were very helpful mostly Farhan from the Front Desk who is seemingly very sensitive with the customer needs. The room is spacious enough only I would like to suggest to make the room light bit brighter. All in all, I am happy with my stay. Kudos to the team.

Very pleasant”
Second stay at Hala Arjaan, first time was a suite, this time a room. Let me comment on the great lighting in the room, probably the first sign to a clean hotel room. Bed was very comfortable, nice sitting area, lots of closet space. Hala Arjaan is more expensive than other nearby hotels that I have stayed at, but I'd worth every cent.

Many manybthings you will love. The room was excellent size and organized. All facilities are there and more. The staff are very helpful and cooperative. The location is also good. I will definitely come back to this hotel. Its one of my favorite in Abu Dhabi. Very recommended
