Clean, spacious, but abit inconvenient ”
Stayed on New Years Eve , 3D2N. We were allowed to check-in 30mins earlier as there were many people waiting for check-in. We were also allowed to keep our luggages with them before the check-in timing (we reached 9hrs before check-in time). Hotel staff were very helpful and nice. My boyfriend and I stayed in tower 2, level 15, studio apartment. The room is very spacious, clean equipped with many facilities. Everything is in good condition except a few minor flaws such as the door’s handle lock, balcony light, noisy aircon. A suggestion is to have extra tissue and toilet paper. Our room did not have tissue so we had to use ours. However, these were not an issue. The bed, towels, sofa were all clean. Toilet necessities such as shaving kits, toothbrushes, vanity kit, comb, haircap, etc were provided. Hairdryer and iron is working well. No nasty smell in toilet and heated water is extremely hot. The view is great and food was nice too! The mini mart in between tower2&3 has so much good stuff! Oasis Poolside Bar serves the best nasi lemak too! Heated swimming pool is working too. Bus transportation was swift and easy. I will gladly pay the 6RM instead of paying 30RM for a taxi (which i did) 😢 Easy to book and not much of a hassle. Bus tickets are released on midnight everyday. Came to this hotel not expecting much after reading the reviews. But it wasn’t so bad afterall! I would give this a 3.5/4-star SG standard. Think it really depends on luck from which room u get! I had an enjoyable stay at Grand Ion Delemon Hotel. Hope to be back if there’s a next time!

Great Hotel to stay!”
This is my second time staying here. The first time is wayyyy long before covid-19. Room is tidy, no unpleasant smell and clean. Room for improvement : Breakfast buffet menu maybe can be improve. Not so many choice for rm60/head. Quite pricey and end up nothing much to eat. Overall good!

It’s away from the crowd”
If you’re looking for a stay which is away from the Genting main resort / theme park area then this is your spot. Relatively new so everything works fine and it’s still clean. Hassle to get the main building or lobby, either walk or take the buggy shuttle service. No complaints on the staff or the facilities, they work to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Stay away from the indoor swimming pool as it’s freezing cold though located indoors, suggest to have insulation or water warmed up in the swimming pool. Food is acceptable, taste is good not great but pricing is higher as you’re higher ground, as with everything else in Genting. 🤭😁

Arrived at Awana via Bus Check in time @ 1pm Shuttle Service - the hotel provides this service. Went to the First World Hotel Lobby @ 12.30 pm. The shuttle arrived and left on time. You can easily spot it as the van has the hotel’s name on it. It is a 15-min ride to the hotel. Payment is only RM 5 per ride. From hotel to First World Lobby - available from 10am til late night From First World Lobby to hotel - 10.30am til late night It is subject to change. Please check with the hotel directly. It doesn’t matter if you are the only passenger, it will leave on time. You may pay with the driver or at the hotel reception. However, I suggest you pay directly at the reception as they will issue you a receipt. For peak days like holidays or weekends, it would be better to make a reservation at your preferred time as the seats are limited. During the time of my stay, they only have 1 shuttle running. Not sure, if there are more. If I forget to schedule the return to the hotel, I just ride the shuttle anytime I want as long as it is not full, the driver will allow you. Looking back, this service makes everything convenient as I don’t need to think about how to go to/fro the hotel. Staffs are friendly and respond politely. Location It is very good as it is away from the crowd and it's peaceful. You don’t need to turn on the aircon as the weather is very cold. Room: It was kept in good condition. The room phone was not working. So I communicated with them via WhatsApp. They would acknowledge it and respond to your need the soonest. They also fixed my room phone as requested. Should you need anything fixed or need more toiletries, once you call the reception they respond quickly. My balcony door lock was broken. After reporting it and I came back from the mall, it was already fixed. On my first day, they knocked on my door and ask if I need additional water, tea or toiletries, etc. which they can provide you. However, the staff that knocked on my door was not wearing any mask,

A great place to stay”
Value for money, the facilities are clean and new, and there is a swimming pool perfect for your stay in Genting. Transport wise - there are taxi services readily available there to Skyworld Genting. Nice view from the balcony as well and also have restaurants and convenience stores for late night cravings - no need to travel all the way back for food.

Check in was swift and smooth. About 5 mins and I’m handed the keycards to my rooms! The place accomodates free parking as well, just have to bring your TnG cards to the front desk for them to validate and that’s it! Our rooms were in Tower 4 so its a little bit of walking and taking of lifts to reach Tower 4 but sometimes we get free buggy rides from entrance to Tower 4 :) Food is alright in their breakfast. Quite a variety of asian cuisine and overall acceptable! Staffs were very professional and polite, plus points for that. However, the hotel is situated higher than FirstWorld. So you’d have to either drive down or hire the Taxi/Limo down to FirstWorld. There are ready taxi/limo services and its about RM40 (4-5Pax) usually and RM60 (just +RM20 on top of original) for past midnight. Side note: They are also undergoing sales for their Residential side of the property: Grand Ion Majestic(?). Cool stuff to look at haha.

Clean hotel with polite staff”
This hotel is very clean and nice. The staff is also very polite & helpful. It is a quieter hotel away from first world hotel area. There is construction going on beside the hotel but nothing loud so we are not disturbed by it. The room is very clean, the housekeeping is excellent! We booked the 2 bedroom suite. The 2 seater sofa is rather small wished it was a bigger sofa or wished there was another armchair we could sit on & watch tv. The tv movie channels could be more. Overall we would recommend this hotel to all frens & family going to Genting. Thank u we had a lovely stay.

Nice view, Nice staffs”
We had a wonderful trip while staying there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. There is a shutter bus with charge for 6 rm per round to take you to Genting Skyworld. if you don’t want to stay at the hotel in Genting Skyworld, this could be a great choice. But the breakfast is not much choice, most of them is Indian food and very few options for those who cannot eat spice like me.

Best Hotel with good service”
Best Hotel with good service.Due to Agoda system have some error which my request for connecting room was no in the system. The Front office manager Jackson Loo are very helpful. He try his best to make sure we have connecting room with my small kids.Thank you very much Jackson. Good service and good hotel even better than swiss garden genting. Their warm swimming pool is the best. Will come back again soon.

Stayed 2 nights end of Dec 2021. Pros 1. Clean and spacious - hotel room are clean and spacious. - comfy pillows 2. 10 stars service - my water heater was not working. I am very satisfied with the way the front desk deal with it. Within 10 minutes maintenance came to check and diagnose. Within 20 minutes I got a new key sent to my room and I got my room changed. 3. Friendly front desk staff - polite, well mannered, ready to help. 10 stars service. 4. Convenient - one "my news" shop just beside the hotel - first world hotel lobby is about 5 KM (10 mins) drive. Shuttle bus to and fro is readily available. Rm 5 per pax per ride. Do book early of the day to avoid disappointment. 5. Delicious food - wide variety of breakfast to choose. 6. Beautiful scenery Cons - no. Plz keep up the good work.

Awesome Gateaway with superb Service”
The Front Office team was AWESOME - Jackson, Joan & Lim's service was imppecable. They went beyond the call of duty despise shortage of manpower - as we can see at late noon. Its really a great venue for the weather wise as for F&B I believe they will raise to the occasion soon. Bottom line 6 star satisfaction

great service, convenient and afforable”
I read many bad reviews but our experience was the opposite. yes the sink had mold but I didn't think was a problem. the toilet and room was fairly clean. very quiet. the room was cold but the AC had heater function. service staff at the counters were all smiley and helpful. I requested for water and shower gel and it arrived within 15 min. gym was ok, there was a toilet in it. booking shuttle bus was no issue. the bus driver was very punctual and drove safely. breakfast had limited variety but not a problem at all for the price we paid. overall recommended!

Restful yet great view of the mountain”
The hotel is more like apartment, the room is huge with big toilets, nice view of the mountain, large TV and sofa. The main thing is when you stay in tower 2, it is just a bit confusing walking around looking for your room. So please ask properly how to get to your room and your car, it could be a challenge. Currently, the heated pool is not heated, but kids still enjoy it very much. Otherwise, the hotel really have great views and good for resting compared to all the hotels at Genting itself. Breakfast is good, but gets crowded if there is lots of guest, have enough food to keep you full till dinner. I think they may have insect/mosquito problem, as they were spraying on the day we arrive, please take care to bring insect spray if you are insect hater.

Leisurely enviroment, but somethings need to improve!”
Pros: The enviroment of the hotel is very comfortable, you will feel relax while stay at the hotel, and you also will feel cool, and cozy. The place to have breakfast was very romantic and you will feel relax while having the breakfast, and the breakfast also delicious. Very recommended. Cons: The hotel room cleanliness needs to be improved, some corners are dusty. I booked 2 rooms, but one of the rooms didn't provide and tpilet paper, and the another room is not enough shower gel and shampoo. This problem make my family hard to bath with the shampoo and forced to use the soap wash the hair. I hope the management will improve and solve this problem. If i will visit genting again, i will recommend my family or friends to stay at this hotel, Very Comfortable and relax

VALUE FOR MONEY!! LOCATION WITH NICE VIEW”
This one of the hotel that is not under the RWS group. It has the facilities of indoor pool and good staff service. Very friendly. Accessibility to RWS by providing shuttle services at RM5 per pax per trip. Room is clean and for 1 Room Suite, it comes with 2 bathroom and living/dinner hall with 1 king size bed. I will definitely be back again!

The room was nice and spacious. Everything was clean too. If you dont have a car to get to the casinos and main area, there is a very convenient shuttle bus at the hotel. Walls are a bit thin, but we were comfortable in our room.

Our stay was super good! Their hotel staff were all accomodating. Superb service as well! The only things that needs to take note : hotel is not that easily accessible. But they offer hotel coach which is 5RM/pax per trip. You have to book earlier as it is first come first serve basis. Overall, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hot Water Supply”
Everything was excellent staying at Grand Ion. It was only less than 10 mins drive to First World hotel. However, the bad thing was the hot water supply was not there when we are back to the hotel. This was seriously a bad thing where the weather was cold and all of us have to bath in the cold water.
