Dear Reservations Team, Our first ever stay at Goodwood Park Hotel and we're over the moon! :)Kindly don't mind the lengthy appreciation post which I truly need to convey my thanks to whomever I conversed with or assisted during our short stay. Over the counter I requested for a room with a good view, Sha from the front desk was quick to give us two options which i preferred to view before deciding and she didn't hesitate at all. Aidil from the Concierge took us to Rm 135. During the walk down, he was efficient in providing us tiny details of the room and gave us a fruitful room tour. He made our decision making easier without viewing the 2nd option. It's so nice when a staff member takes pride in his job. Geetha from the front desk was attentive to assist the guests waiting and she also completed room card assignment, late c/out request and breakfast rates enquiries in a breeze. In a way, we're lucky to pick the staycation after the busy week :) Each time I called One-stop service, their fresh and calm voices gave me happy vibes, even at 5am my request for complimentary water was assisted as quickly as possible. The room service personnel who delivered the water bottles was very kind to close up the door after I picked them & that personal touch, many well established hotels are missing. THANK YOU! Breakfast spread was a little disappointing. The common dishes such as Nasi goreng or Mee goreng/ Nasi Lemak were missing. Not sure if it's due to the low occupancy. We loved the Lunar New Year decorations around and in the hotel space. I think the team has well considered the placement of the decorations and it didn't look cluttered at all! Totally gave out Happy Vibes all around. BRAVO! Room 135 was the most beautiful room we could ever have. The room interior is marvelous, a pretty choice of vinyl floor design and the wardrobe colour, well suited the day/night curtains. My husband loved the pool access and the comfortable table/chairs provided to sit around outdoors

25th-27th Nov 2021 staycation”
Firstly booked in September but had to reschedule due to daughter falling sick. Hotel kindly obliged change of date despite being non-cancellation. Checked in was easy, arrived abt 15 mins early and was given an upgrade to bigger room - Heritage room 5. Fast and easy process as well, didnt have to wait long. Check-out was a breeze as well. The room was recently renovated and huge. Bedding was comfortable and enough space to fit for 4 - 2 kids and 2 adults. Loved they had a writing room which was great to either spend some working or reading. I didnt eat at the restaurants due to diet restrictions but if you need to need one item only - eat the durian puffs that they are famous for :) guests are given 20% discount. Service standards are impeccable as expected. No complaints. Food delivery orders were always sent to our room except one occasion, maybe due to miscommunication. We greatly enjoyed our trip here and can’t wait to be back here again :)

Absolutely Great Staycation”
Highly recommended for locals and tourists from abroad. It is a great place for staycation with family. Our family stayed in the Parklane split level unit. Equipped with kitchen (clean microwave, oven, utensils, fridge), washing machine cum dryer, has a good size balcony and even a private study area!! Had great fun good bonding with kids to do some simple cooking. The living and dining area is spacious. Rather standard hotel channels on the TV, but we connected our ipad to TV's hdmi port to for kids to watch youtube and netflix. The only thing the hotel in serious need to improve for the unit we're in was the bathroom door. It was misaligned, difficult to close and unpleasant look at the bottom as the wood was decaying. The hotel should replace it to live up to the name of a 5 star hotel.

Beauty In A Heritage Hotel In The Midst Of Town”
I booked a few rooms for our family members and friends during my wedding night. All of them commented that the rooms were clean and spacious. Interiors were beautiful. Hotel staffs were friendly and attentiveness. They tried their best to accomodate to most of our requests and housekeeping staffs were detailed and hardworking. Buffet Spread in the morning was good and they tasted delicious. Hotel location was centralized in town. It's walking distance to most shopping malls. Overall it was a 5 stars stay in a 5 stars hotel with a 5 stars service. I would highly recommend this hotel to all travelers or locals whom want a staycation.

Honeymoon Staycation”
There was a long queue when we were about to check in. But one of the hotel staff managed to control the crowd and complimented us with a drink while waiting for our turn. And to our supriseeeeeee we were given free upgrade all thanks to Aslam that accomodate to our check-in. He also informed us about the nonhalal breakfast. But fret not our hotel room comes with a kitchen and a washing machine. A very big spacious room which we spent most of our time there and enjoying every moment together. There is no regret and wish we could stay longer. But guess what we hope to come back soon!!!! Another credit goes to Idil that drive us to our hotel building. It took about 2-3 mins walk but rest assured the hotel is located near to far east plaza and orchard area. So there is a lot of halal food options and you can burn calories by walking after eating so much. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A good location, a great hotel with well trained staff, a spacious room, no complain from both of us.. From the check in to our Anniversary, meal preparations, great service all the way until the way we checked out. Staffs are extremely well mannered, polite & warm. Will go the extra miles for you. Elegant and Tranquil”
All aspects of my stay at Goodwood Park Hotel were exceptional. The staff were accommodating, respectful and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded. The hotel room was recently refurbished. The room was spacious, great storage space, desk and ample USB charging stations. A trip to the gym didn't disappoint. Gym equipment was perfect for the holiday guest. A good range of weights, water, towels but surprisingly headphones were available for guest use. The outlook was lovely too. A delicious breakfast was served in the elegant breakfast room. A spread of continental, American and Asian inspired food. The pastries were delicious. Food was quickly replenished. Staff were efficient and unobtrusive. Coffee and tea were brought to the table. In a month of staying in various hotels across Asia this was the first to bring coffee to the table. It is a small but welcomed treat. The hotel is perfectly positioned for Orchard St. Charming, elegant and perfectly understated luxury.

Grand old hotel in the perfect location”
The rooms are huge, the decor is simple, with lots of mirrors giving a sense of spaciousness. It's a well appointed, clean and lovely hotel, with many outlets such as Japanese, Chinese and Western dining. 2 swimming pools, with 1 in an enclosed area for privacy. Loved the lighting in the rooms where you could read in bed, and the spacious desk and many USB and power points. The staff are very polite and the Concierge (Ab Samad) even knew my name although I had never stayed there before. The only thing lacking is signage to the lobby, for Grab car drivers, who always go to the incorrect entrance.

The first thing you will be surprised on will be their excellent level of hospitality. At every point of your stay, there will always be someone looking out to assist you with the most minute of things, with them approaching us to render assistance out of their own will. Really made a difference compared to all other hotels we had been for a staycation. Their rooms are well-sized for my family of 2 adults with 2 young kids and their swimming pool is suitable for young and old. The balcony provided my husband with the option to smoke without having to leave the hotel room and he was a happy man. Kids enjoyed soaking in the bathtub with their bubbles, and toys. With my hubby happy and my kids occupied i finally got my "me" time! An excellent hotel with service standards that stand out! Good job guys!

The staff makes our stay such a treat! Highly commend Ms. Michelle Wong and Shanice. The former hands-on, from getting my bike box, booking Grab and assisting in the rooms. Superb! The rooms are wide, clean, spectacular. I stayed at the apartments and there is a bit of an old smell, that's it. Will definitely recommend and return to. Btw, we ate at Min Jiang, a Michelin star resto, and again, brilliant!

Spacious with old world charm”
We arrived early at about 8.30am and were immediately shown to our room which was an upgraded poolside suite. The staff couldn't have been more courteous or obliging. Our room was very spacious with separate areas for dining, lounge and bedroom. The bed was king size and very comfortable as was the lounge furniture. We just needed to walk out our door to reach the pool. The room was spotlessly clean.

Luxury in the heart of Singapore ”
This is our go to hotel in Singapore. With a proliferation of “same same” glass tower hotels across Singapore (and everywhere) it’s wonderful to step back in time to this beautifully restored colonial hotel. It’s understated, quiet well appointed. Beds are comfortable, staff friendly and pools are glorious. 5 min walk to Orchard Rd. My one note for improvement is the lack of food options for gluten-free travellers.

More than wonderful”
I chose this place to stay for my bf’s birthday and they have been wonderful — the staff, service and amenities. We did not manage to use the pool and gym but it was great nonetheless and opened (you gotta book in advance). Upon check in, we were upgraded to a larger studio which I appreciate and also managed to request for late check out. They also went the extra mile to send a cake to our hotel room for the birthday boy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and if I could, I would’ve stayed longer! One thing I’d like to suggest would be to have smart TVs instead so that we could’ve watched Netflix :)

The room is big, cosy and clean. Really love the Parklane Split Level Studio room. The staffs there are friendly, attentive and helpful. Love it when one of the lady spoke to me in Malay as I am more comfortable to verse in Malay language. Excellent customer service. Will definitely return. Hospitable and Homely”
I had a 3D2N staycation at GWP and it was such a lovely experience, from the check-in to the check out to the staff who helped me get the taxi. It took more than an hour for me to get my room key but the wait was pleasant because the various staff served us welcome drinks, pastries, coffee and tea and hot chocolate. Even though I was the only one who's checking in, my friend and her daughter were also able to enjoy these snacks as well. The staff were so friendly, hospitable and patient, despite the stress of handling so many guests. I felt at home. I will come back again! Merry Christmas, GWP staff!

Great stay”
Love the ambience and comfort of the hotel. Friendly and responsible team of staff. On the night we checked in, it was raining as we were walking back to the hotel. There was no shelter and the staff who were already off duty actually volunteered to shelter us to the entrance. We also experienced a short blackout that night, it took a few minutes for them to restore the power. Response time was fast.

Thumbs up for going above and beyond”
Really enjoyed my stay in Goodwood as their service throughout my stay was really top-notch! First I was given a free-upgrade of room due to annivesary and a chocolate hazelnut cake was given to celebrate the occasion. Then I was also given a late check out for my stay as well. Breakfast can be improved a bit due to the lack of spread but the service of the staff are really great as they are alert and offer extra servings to items upon us asking. Even though it is the covid period but all the staff is putting their best service wherever we are in the hotel. Kudos! Thanks again for giving us such a memorable stay in Goodwood Park!

Beautiful suites, excellent service”
Been here a few times now and Goodwood Park never fails to disappoint. The rooms are massive, well-decorated and clean. The concierge guys are extremely friendly, candid and helpful. The only complaint that I do have is that they use uncomfortable Slumberland (or Kingcoil?) mattresses which aren't great for very tall people with back problems.

We stayed 2 nights at mayfair room. Hotel staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable. Pillow was a bit too soft for me. The complimentary birthday cake was delicious. This is my second time here! It was really a comfortable stay! The staff and manager were friendly and polite. The staff, Geetha, was very patient and try to accomdate to our request as there is no more king bed at that timing as we check in abit late. Although, we have to wait for about an hour for the room, but it was worth it!! We will be back again!!
