All staffs and their service are good especially wanted to mention Henna the girl who’s working at the reception who is so friendly and make you comfort after your long journey with her pleasant talk with her friendly smile. Breakfast and dinner buffet are excellent. Outside terrace is so comfortable to sit .

Excellent 5-star hotel”
Stayed with my 5-year-old son. This is a great 5-star-hotel. Rate this over the Taj and Vivanta in Bengaluru because the rooms are really large (400sq ft) and have a bathtub (essential when you have kids). Location 100 meters from the ring road and just 30 minutes by auto to MG road. Super easy to access the airport. Breakfast is a fabulous spread which puts other big names in Bengaluru to shame. Service Impeccable, we were there when Chef Tajuddin and his crew were serving over 100 guests breakfast (Nawab made me a white egg omelette which was simply delicious). My son wanted a pancake after 10:50 and they fired up the grill again for us. Front office staff is amazing (sorry I can’t remember all the names) but Abu Bakr and the girls (all three of them) and their manager (Muthu I think) went out of their way to make my 5-year-old welcome!

Though it is evident, that rooms have been dormant for some period of time (empty mini-ber, poor variety of bathroom amenities, no slippers, no bathrobes) the stay was nice, services on good level, helpful staff, even SPA was good.
