Later, Mr. Nigel informed me that the individual was part of a tour group staying on our floor, which was very reassuring. We really enjoyed our stay at Four Points Pakuwon Mall. We stayed here for 2 nights. Special thanks to Mr. Yoga the duty manager for upgrading our room into Spacious Junior Suite and the warm greeting. Also thanks to Haris the room attendant who prepared our room and set it up with complimentary dessert and romantic ambience. Really appreciate it. The room and the bathroom was hug. We even got bath bomb and bubble bath to make our the bath up time more enjoyable. The hotel has very nice swimming pool and gym. View from our room was fantastic. Not to forget the hotel location is superb! It is connected to Pakuwon Shopping Mall and PTC so you can shop or dine from 10am-10pm. There are so many restaurants and traditional culinary near the hotel. Definitely will come back when we're going to Surabaya again.

Was traveling with my mom. We booked Deluxe Twin Bed Room for 2 nights stay and surprisingly upgraded to Spacious Premium Deluxe. Checkin was quick and receptionist Mr.Farrell also very kind. First day we got room at 3rd floor and 2nd day we requested to high floor. Duty manager kindly arranged for the room changing, FnB manager, Chef Setyo and Mas Emir at Breakfast venue was really friendly. Mas Emir always offering drink and food to me and my mom. Overall Four Point service was excellent. Room was clean too with great view. Food variety was wide, many variants and delicious too. Hotel location next to Pakuwon mall just walk view step. Very Recommend this hotel. Excellent. Will come back again.

This hotel is under the same roof management as Marriot. So be expected excellent quality for the excellent value for money. We stayed in Premium Deluxe. It was a pleasant stay. Our room was nice and clean. There are an excellent Bluetooth speaker and alarm beside the bed. So you can play a Spotify playlist wirelessly through your phone. Standard 4-star hotel amenities such as coffee, tea, sugar, and a hot water boiler. The rooms provide a wardrobe that you can use to hang your suit and clothes. There is also a nice mini refrigerator and deposit box. A comprehensive local and subscribed TV selection network is available to watch. The bathroom offers a retractable shower and standard bathroom amenities such as body lotion, conditioner, toothpaste kit, shampoo, etc. A hairdryer is also available. This hotel has two giant pools that are aesthetically exteriorly arranged. Pools depth is around 1.3 meters with a nice curvy poolside rim. The second pool offers a standard rectangular shape for those who like swimming back and forth. They also have a 0.5-meter depth pool for kids and babies. Besides the collection, the other facility is a gym room. However, we have not tried it yet. Our most likely and favorite part of this hotel is the breakfast! The Djaman Doloe Resto and Bar offers one of the best and tastiest breakfasts among other 4-star hotels. They have a wide selection of local cuisine, western and Asian food. We tried their latte coffee, and it was exceptionally delightful. The atmosphere and the interior design were vibrant and aesthetic. We don't have any complaints about the Resto. Additionally, the best of this hotel is the location. You can access the hotel directly from Pakuwon Mall on the Ground level. This access is an excellent value for those who like shopping. We want to stay longer on the next occasion. We recommend this hotel for a staycation for 1 or 2 days.
