You can't go wrong with this hotel. Great value for what it offers: *Centrally located - Very close to the MRT and Bus Stop , Malls - PLaza Singapura , Funan and many others are just a walk away that offer a variety of food and beverage outlets etc. *Checkin was a breeze, super friendly, sweet and efficient front office staff. * The room we checked into was recently renovated , spacious , clean , bright and airy . The Queen bed had a very comfy mattress with fluffy pillows and clean linen. Typical amenities were also provided like water bottles , coffee, tea, Tv , etc. Kudos to the housekeeping staff for keeping our room clean and fresh every day of our stay ! * The hotel had an added bonus - a self serve laundry room equipped with two washer and dryer sets which were clean and in great running condition that automatically dispensed detergent. There were also two Ironing boards available if needed. If you prefer having your clothes laundered they offered that service as well. Also there was a small kitchenette on the ground floor that had a microwave, vending machines , noodle machine for late night snacks etc.. in case your not in the mood to head off to 711 or Cheers. The hotel also had a fairly large sized swimming pool that was well maintained. * We tried out the in-house restaurant located on the ground floor - the food was competitively priced, with an ample variety to choose from , fine dining presentation,/experience and more importantly delicious ! Again the Staff there were also very attentive, courteous and professional. * Hotel Staff - Really sweet Staff members who were very friendly , courteous, helpful and professional - from the security personnel, housekeeping, front office , maintenance, restaurant.. all made our stay a very pleasant and memorable one infact their attitude and service is truly 5 star in my opinion ! Location was good. A few minutes away from the MRT and Bus stop. Rooms were cleaned daily. I did not see any insects in the room, unlike other hotels I've stayed into lol, they are indeed serious with cleanliness in YWCA Fort Canning. Plaza Singapura was also just a few minutes away, wasn't able to go to the mall though because my visit was short. The room we got was was spacious with 2 single beds, bed is comfortable, the pillow could have been better, there was only 1 pillow per bed and I didn't love the pillow as it was too hard for my liking, I had a stiff neck after a night of using it, so, I had to not use a pillow the remaining night of my stay. Water was also provided daily. We tried out the dinner buffet in the in-house restaurant located on the ground floor, there weren't too many food choices in the buffet, even had to pay extra for the drinks (even the water). Would definitely stay here again in case I go back to SG. Thanks!

Best location , best choice.”
Best location, just a 2 minute walk to dhoby ghaut station which is the same line going to different tourist destinations like marina bay , raffles place,harbourfront and super easy access to Bayfront station. Quite place to relax because the hotel is facing the park, but you have everything you need around the vicinity. I love how they clean the room change the towels, refill the water, and arrange the bed everyday. I will surely book the same hotel when we go back here in Singapore. Thank you YWCA

Great Location and Comfortable Stay”
The hotel is located in the city center, just a few minutes walk away from Dhoby Ghaut MRT, (which houses 3 different lines), a bus station, and Plaza Singapura. The hotel room is simple, but it is very clean, large, and comfortable. The staff are helpful, and there are several vending machines, including a cooking station for instant noodle. The convenience of this hotel is exceptional. My only complaint is the soundproofing is not the best, and you can hear sounds from the corridor. Thankfully, the hotel was mostly quiet during my stay. Highly recommended!

Perfect”
I booked this place to have a staycay before I fly over to Japan for missions. Only to find out I have gotten covid upon checking in so it became my isolation place. I thank God I chose this place because of the excellent service that they have, whenever someone send me food or medication, they brought it up to me immediately and that shows great service and urgency to meet my needs. The room is very clean as well, aircond works well, shower pressure is good with hot water, room size is big enough and there's a desk for me to do my work comfortably. I would be extending my stay here for another 2 nights here to fulfill my 7 days of isolation :)

YWCA is probably one of the best bugeted hotels in Singapore. The room is extremely clean and fully facilitated. The service here is amazing. All the staff here are so nice and helpful. Location is good -- it's right across from Fort Canning Park and within walking distance to Orchard Road. All in all, I had a pleasant stay here. Greatly recommended!

Overall the hotel is tidy and well maintained. Friendly staff. Its location is superb, walking distance to Dhoby Ghaut MRT station with 3 different lines(Red, Purple & Orange) and Plaza Singapura shopping mall. Also located within town area, easy access to a lot of places.

the hotel was recently renovated and the stay was great. the location is strategic as it is a walking distance to orchard road and 5 min walk to dobby ghaut mrt station. also closeby are fort canning park if you love nature and plaza singapura. really love staying there. will come back again. thank you very much!

An awesome hotel”
Was here for 16 days with my Family. Its located near Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station. And its very convenient for everything.(bus stop, malls,restaurants, supermarkets, Orchard road)The hotel has a good Restaurant and a few vending machines with soft drinks, (tea/coffee, noodles, meds, snacks ect.) The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfy. The staff was very helpful and pleasant too. Initially we wanted to stay here for only 6 nights and try out 2 different hotels in two different locations for the rest of our stay in Singapore. But we were so happy and pleased with everything at YWCA that we decided to stay here (extend our stay) for the entire 16 days. I would definitely recommend this place.

Only 91$ for a Double Bedroom on the highest floor of the hotel! The hotel venue is good with a lot of trees around, 5 mins walk to Dhoby Ghaut MRT (via 24hr road link), and Orchad Road is across the street! The hotel is clean, the swimming pool is beautiful! The room itself is large enough for our 2 people, clean and tidy, enough natural light (even though the window cannot open). There is room service everyday, and when we comeback after a long day, all lights in the room are on, as well as the A/C lol :D Will definitely choose YWCA for my next trip!

Absolutely lovely, and excellent value for money at just over 100 dollars per night. Large room, two single beds, lovely view; the renovations are very nice. Hotel rooms are very clean, and with very effective air con. I did not detect any insects in my room. Location is excellent- very close to Dhoby Gaut and Fort Canning MRT with good bus links. Bathroom is a little dated and sometimes can smell a little musty in the heat, but with the air con on it is fine. Lovely staff, all very helpful. Would definitely recommend

The location of the hotel is one of the top selling point. Only 5 mins walk to Dhoby Ghaut MRT and 15 mins to Orchard Road. The room is very clean and the staff will refill your room with 2 bottles of water every day. All and all a very happy stay at YWCA Fort Canning

First time we’ve stayed at this hotel but would definitely stay again. Great location and our room with Fort Canning Park views -. Our room was large and bed comfortable. The staffs are also friendly and helpful!(Mr .Luke Tan ) very welcoming. Overall the place was perfect. Will definitely come back again!!

The room is so spacious. And i love the bathroom! i havent met any hotels that provide showers which give excellent water pr essure and of course the bidet as well. It is extremely rare to find them in singapore. Totally will go back

Spacious room and great location”
This hotel really value for money, the room is spacious, clean and i got nice view from my room ( facing fort canning park), hotel not over crowded, but check in time must be at 2pm cant be early, location are so good, just walking distance to dhobby ghaut mrt and lot of bus to town. Opposite the hotel is plaza singapore so easy to find foods around here. The not good things are the hot water takes time to become hot when taking bath and the toilet exhaust fan’s sound is very loud. But overall good experience! Thanks

Value for money and excellent location”
Near bus stop and train station, near Orchard, Bugis. The rooms are big and good layout. Our towels were changed everyday even without us asking. The front desk staff even assisted us in printing our airline booking confirmation. Thank you and we'll stay in this hotel again next time we visit SG.

Worth the money! Shower is good!”
Location is perfect! close to Dhoby Ghaut station and next to UBS building which has 7-11 . The room is clean and has no bad smell. I personally love the shower! Good water pressure. The reception is also helpful! Recommended!
