The room size, view and transport were excellent. Cleanliness was top-notch, staff very friendly and helpful. Location is okay, close to the LRT Station. You can also go to Mall Pakuwon since it’s right infront of the building. Overall I had a pleasant experience and would recommend for a comfortable stay

Receptionist gave me smoking room after she offered me no smoking room”
I requested for a double bed on the app. Upon checking in, the receptionist told me that double bed rooms are all fully booked. I totally understand that it was end of year and hotels were all busy. Then she said there was one double bed room available, but in smoking room. I said no, I'd prefer no smoking room. Then she said there's one no smoking room, but it's twin beds. I said I don't mind the beds anymore as long as it's no smoking room. So I went to my room, and noticed that the room smelled like cigarette smoke, and that there was an ashtray on the desk. I called the receptionist and she said that my room is non-smoking room but guests are allowed to smoke if they want to (later I found out they call this type of room "flexible rooms"). I was so confused and I said to her that if guests are allowed to smoke in a room, then that room is a smoking room. She couldn't do anything about it because all other ACTUAL no smoking rooms are fully booked. But I clearly remembered when checking in she said, "One no smoking room is available, but it's twin beds." Which apparently wasn't the case. It was indeed a smoking room, and I had to stay there coughing all night long because of the smells. When checking out, another receptionist was in charge, and I conveyed my concerns. He explained that my room is called "flexible room" which they give this so called ozone treatment whatever to clear out the air inside. I mean whatever ozone thing they said they use, it clearly did not work. Maybe it clears out air, but surely not the smokes sticking on the bed, walls, curtains, etc. He said he will follow this up to management, and will get back to me. Don't know if it will happen, but I have to give my review here. Again, I understand that it's year end and hotels are busy, but it was her that said to me first, "One no smoking room is available but it's twin beds." And she put me in this whatever flexible room. Not to mention the dead spider, and leaking bidet, which I could care less about. It was a really bad experience. Surely not a way to celebrate new year's eve.
