Though we booked it at a higher rate as it was season time. (Over new years eve). The place is located in a wholesale trading area. Which is great for shopping cheap things around. There is no kitchen in the hotel but you can order food from around. Rooms are decent. Staff is helpful. Had no problem during the stay and it was comfortable.

We were all women and the location of the hotel is smack dab in the middle of an industrial shopping area all full of men. We were uncomfortable walking through the streets although no one actually paid us any attention except for the constant salestalk. Quite a walk from the Baniyas Station. Not gonna go back.

Small rooms, faulty showers and taps, mosquito net of window was torned, staff was non cooperative. They don't even provide drinking water. No wifi in lobby.

Would never suggest or choose. Rude staffs , Leaking AC , Damaged AC with sound, Could hear everything happening in entire floor. Not a secure place for a family stay. Unsafe surrounding.. if there is zero star would have given it. A nightmare experience

This hotel might be a good option for particular visitors. It wasn’t for us as we were three females below 35 years. The area is more like a commercial area for car fixing and oil. The room is little small for three people but my main problem was the bathroom is it doesn’t have a bathtub or shower area.
