Cleaning not good, AC issue (because on / off switch is outside so any one can on / off easily because it's happened with me last time, and area very noise because inside that hotel many pubs are there which are whole night playing music and we can't sleep whole night. For me next time never i will go there.

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. AC switch is outside of the room & for two rooms one AC is available. If another room customers like very cold temperature then your room is like prisoners' for you. Furniture's, Towels & building s are very old. Overall I don't like anything's there.

It was a buget hotel but not suitable for families”
I visited abu dhabi for my exam and I booked the room because it was available at good price but I was quite unhappy because of the environment as it was quite noisy and seemed unsafe esp for muslim families. I think it should be specified at the website advertisement,about the suitability for different types of visitors. thanks.

Basic hotel in need of a decor upgrade”
The hotel is well located in the centre of Abu Dhabi. There is plenty of paid parking right outside. The hotel is a bit dark and the decor is dated. The biggest issue is the staff. They either seem dis-interested or unhappy in their jobs. There was no warm welcome and I gave up saying hello when entering the reception area as I never got a response. In addition any query or request was generally met with the answer no.

when i usually stay in a hotel i usually check the bathroom first... when i check it it seems that they haven't clean the bowl much because there are some residue still. and the bath gel its seems that it was reused because it was not full. when u make check in the indian staff that was on duty is not a comfortable person to deal with not with other hotel with indian staff that i have been to. In the net they offer free wifi but they do not tell you when you check in. The door is not automatically lock so any one can enter if u will not lock it with your room keys.

It was the first time i booked this hotel and i should say that it will be the last time as well. I asked for a high floor, non smoking room and they gave me room-708. It was November 1st on a weekend and everyone was on a holloween party spirit, so I can understand the loud noise coming from the bar (I assume it was at the above floor). Although at some point I was awaken in the middle of the night by the screaming guests singing their heart out. What I totally didnt like about Emirates Plaza hotel was the bad air handling unit of the hotel. It was 2AM when I was awaken by drunk passers by at the corridor and I immediately notice my whole room was smelling like a pub. I dont know where the cigarette smoke smell from but it was very strong I couldn't go back to sleep. I tried opening the toilet door wide and turn on the exhaust fan but the smell didn't fade. It was a nightmare for a non-smoker like me. I will never go back to this hotel. Ever! Pros: - Big bed - With bath tub MORE Cons: - No hotel parking - Impolite security guard

I had a nice room, very big and a good price for this place. Would have been perfect if it was not for the nine bars and nightclubs in the lower floors, and the music pumping intil 3 am each day of the week(!) Otherwise it was good.

It's not a hotel, it's more of a motel. Very cheap but still not worthy to go back. Worst hotel ive ever been to..What do you expect from a 1 star hotel anyway. Smelly rooms, i even caught the housekeeping watching tv while cleaning my room. *seating on the sofa. Poor service from the staff. Im curious how they end up in a customer service industry. Not smilling. Not accommodating. Not friendly. Very rude. Both the female and male front desk staff.its like they are tired of what they are doing. For sure they are not well compensated given the fact that they are working in a very cheap company. The bell boys, useless. The security even ask my visitor to give their id's to the reception. Something different for a hotel. I couldnt understand because there is like 7 bars inside, that means a lot of people come and go in that building without giving their id's. How odd. Lastly due to the bars inside, it was too noisy. Yes, extra earnings for the owners but they won't gain loyal customers that's for sure.
