    “Convenience at its finest”

    We had the most amazing stay at this unit! Very clean and it's very easy to get to. Travelled with 2 ornery seniors and they were very impressed with the amenities. Complete with washing machine, plates, utensils, water heater, glasses, fridge, and drinking water. Towels are also provided. Would love to go back and book them again next time!

    "We had a wonderful stay at the Ecowest Condo beside SM Mall in Davao City! The absolute best feature of this property is its unbeatable location. Being just a short, 5-minute walk right behind SM City Davao (Ecoland) made shopping, finding great places to eat, and grabbing essentials incredibly easy and stress-free.

    “Honest Review ”

    Our stay in one of the condominiums at One Oasis was good, but not perfect. The place itself is nice, cozy, and comfortable, and the air-conditioning works really well. However, there were a few things that could be improved. First, the kitchen sink was leaking. Second, we were only provided with two blankets, which was not enough for our group. Unfortunately, our experience with one of the female guards at the swimming pool was also disappointing. She was quite rude to us, and even my mom and sister noticed it. What made it more uncomfortable was that we observed her being friendly and smiling with other guests, especially those speaking English, but her attitude toward us was completely different. Being kind is free. We hope the management can remind their staff to treat all guests with the same respect and courtesy, regardless of who they are or what language they speak. Despite this, the place itself is nice and cozy, and we hope these concerns can be addressed for future guests.

    “2 condo units booked”

    The 4th floor condo unit is clean and has a nice view of SM Ecoland. It’s well maintained but no internet service unfortunately. The other room booked at ground floor is outdated then some appliances are not working, the aircon is kinda dirty and needs cleaning. The furnitures also need maintenance.

    “Spacious condo for three!”

    First of all, I want to thank Beth, the caretaker, for being responsive to our basic needs. During our stay in the room, there are tiny ants around the kitchen table and living room too. The toilet sink drain is plugged that the water don't go down fast. We used the washer with its spin dry but we completely dry our clothes on the chairs. It took a lot of time though! We wished we could have a laundry service done for us lol! They have a big sofa which can be slept on. An extra mattress was available in one room with the single bed. The other room has a double bed and a pull out bed in it but it has no cushion so its hard to lie down. The condo has one burner for cooking. Big refrigerator which is really convenient. Free drinking water with cold and hot dispenser. Kitchen utensils for use. Plates and glasses. I liked the LV rug on the floor lol! The shower heater works but too hot I don't know how to adjust so I used the cold water in the bucket at the same time. These things I didn't brought it out to Beth. I don't just want to complain but she's a nice lady. She let me borrowed the hair dryer. Free Wifi and its good signal! We are indeed near SM mall which can be walked 5 to 8 minutes to the supermarket entrance at the back of SM. But it was hot to walk. Older people with arthritis will be exhausted. You can't ride a tricycle or taxi either because they will just say YOU HAVE TO WALK lol! By the way, they only accept cash! So pay at check in. Oh I forgot there is a swimming pool but we didn't use it while we were there for 4 days. I guess the very hot weather made us lazy lol!
