HOUSE RULES Check-In & Check-Out Reminders: -Please observe the check-in/check-out times to allow us enough time to clean and prepare for the next guests. -Please treat our place with care, as if it were your own home. No Smoking: -Strictly no smoking inside the apartment, 3000 penalty. Cleanliness & Kitchen Use: -Please keep the apartment clean and organized during your stay. -Dispose of trash properly using the bins provided. -Wash all dishes, kitchen utensils, and cookware after use. -Wipe down kitchen surfaces and stove after cooking. Quiet Hours: -10:00 PM to 7:00 AM -Please avoid loud music or noise to respect other guests . No Parties or Unregistered Guests: -Strictly no parties, events, or loud gatherings. -Only the number of guests included in the booking are allowed to stay overnight. -Unregistered guests will be charged double (2x the rate per guest). -Please notify us in advance if you need to add a guest to your booking. -The property is in a residential area – quiet and peaceful. Pets: -Pets are not allowed. Security: -Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the apartment. -Turn off all appliances, lights, and the air-conditioning when not in use. -Report any damages or concerns immediately. Before Check-out: -Wash and return all used dishes and kitchenware. -Dispose of trash properly. -Return keys/remotes. -Double-check closets and drawers for your belongings. -Leave the apartment in good condition for the next guests.
