Let me just say, This hotel deserve more than 5 stars review!! From the very beginning we were checked in with the guest relation (Lala) then waiting in the executive lounge and got a very warm welcome from Made (Executive Lounge Manager) and the rest of the executive lounge staff for example Indah, they were all went above and beyond their duty to showed a tremendousl...
I stayed there for only 1 night. The hotel is still very new. The room still clean, everything still new and clean. It's a good place for you if you bring younger children since the kids could run all along the room (btw, I stayed in 2 BR). At first, I would like to order food from the room like any normal hotel. Unfortunately, there was still no room service facilit...
Surrounded by good food and also places to hang out. We booked this hotel twice before and after our road trip. Travelling with a toddler and baby, the room is spacious to roam around. Definitely back to this hotel again. Do note for exclusive pumping mother, the fridge not so cold.
I booked specifically for the location for my needs but even so travelling by train meant an hour journey and a 100k rupiah taxi ride each way. Best suited to those with their own transport. Helpful staff in reception. Would have preferred to order individual breakfast items to chose not to have the buffet breakfast.
Our stay in Ibis Budget has been wonderful. The room was clean and their breakfast is good. Their service is exceptional. Kudos to Ms Ika and Mr Hendra for making us feel at home. They assisted us beyond their duties as hotel staff and for that we are grateful. One of the best hotels service we have ever experienced.
Booked 2 bedroom unit, got free upgrade to 3 bedroom unit. Too much space for my family. LOL Nice neighbourhood, got own supermarket inside which is a big plus.

I went here because the room price is very cheap, less than Rp 100,000/night, including breakfast, though its only fried rice with egg and bread with milk for two guest, but adequate for a basic business traveler who went early and back afternoon for rest only purpose. It's probably my bad luck. But the last time i'm here the AC is so hot. I had to call the reception till 3 times. and can go to sleep after we moved to another room. i got no sleep all night and can get sleep after 5am. i hope the hotel can increase the value of the hotel
It was a nice place. Not much furniture so it's not too crowded. Water bottle and towel were provided as if you're in a hotel. The organiser was really communicate also. Easy check-in and out process. Highly recommended!
There weren't any trash bin in the apartment. Overall, not recommended
