Everything’s Good”
Book around 3 rooms for families . Staff were very professional. Few item left after check out last night, we came back and they said they found it. So we wait around 10 mins to wait for the things. Cleaners will come to clean, and replace the new drinks and slippers for the next day. Staffs were very helpful for everything 👍🏻

Good location and reasonably priced. Although a little dated, maintenance is good and cleanliness is top notch! Short walk to Pavilion Mall and other nearby attractions (shopping & food). Breakfast - good selection for a non-fussy eater like me. Pool and gym well maintained. Will come back again!

Luxurious Executive Suite”
I have stayed many times in the residence and deluxe room but this is the first time staying in the Executive Suite. So glad as it was really clean, luxurious and huge. Right at the top , 29th floor. I got 2912 no view but its ok coz the interior was worth it. Breakfast was delicious and extensive spread. Highly recommended!

Exceptional place to stay”
Initially I was hesitant to stay as Im worried it will be far from Pavilion but Im glad I did. Dorsett Residences is just abt 5-10mins walk to Pavilion.The room was huge, clean and bed was very comfortable. Price was good too. I really enjoyed my stay and will be back here again for my next KL trip.Recommended place to stay. Keep it up Dorsett!

Definitely recommend young kids family to stay”
Like this Hotel very much, actually first stay in Hong Kong, this time because of christmas season want to bring kids to go Pavilion KL so choose this hotel, nice location, nice breakfast and also staffs are very friendly and helpful!! Their basement parking very small and narrow, we paid RM30 for valet parking, is better to park outdoor just opposite hotel and pay RM5 or RM10 per entry. After that we actually take Grab go everywhere because jam and fine the parking lot around KL really wasted time

Good location with affordable price”
Overall I have good experience during my stay. We arrived half and hour early and they allowed to check in. But the check out is at 11 so it was a bit of chaos for me haha. Room was was clean however the furniture is quite old. The breakfast was okay for me. And you need to pay rm10 for parking.

Nice post vac retreat”
I booked the hotel but got upgraded to the residences..wuhuuuu. The unit was okay, not to small not to big. The rooms was spacious enuff for me n my sister. And because it was my stay after getting my 2nd dose vac, the stay was very pleasent. Managed to have a good rest after the jab. The down part? Hope they put hand wash in the unit and change the breakfast menu. Stayed for 2 nights and had the same breakfast for both mornings. And there is no cutleries (not even thr plastic ones) to use when eating my nasi lemak. My sis got her fork n knife for her western bfast but not me, luckily i brought my own. Other than that, it was a very pleasent stay, friendly staff, clean room n unit. Love it!

Spent our Eid here, although there were a lot of people we didn't notice, we knew when we saw them at breakfast. Walking distance to Pavilion. Although the parking space a bit tight, but okay. Breakfast spread was decent too, would love to have more options, but it wasn't bad.

You can walk to places like Pavilion and KLCC within 15minutes, hotel is clean. Only issue I encountered was checking in took quite a long time, there's only 1 staff while there's a long line waiting.

Brought my mom for a short trip & was given a free upgrade. A stone throw to all the different malls and super convenient to unload all your shopping bags and continue shopping! But, just that the weekend traffics in this area are extremely bad, massive jams. Nonetheless, a great choice of stay!
