    “Simple, Affordable Stay Near Port Dickson Waterfront”

    Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (7/10) The house is an old-style single-story home, but the owner has repainted it and kept it quite clean. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay, though some updates to the old furniture (especially the shaky sofa) and the bathrooms would make it even better. Pros: • 3 rooms, each with a queen bed, ceiling fan, and air conditioning. • Dry and wet kitchen available with stove, utensils, and a clean fridge (recommend bringing your own cooking essentials). • Living room is cozy for up to 6 people, but with only a fan and no aircon, it can feel packed if more guests. • Parking is convenient and safe, just across from a playground. • Self check-in was smooth, no issues. • Nearby amenities: KK Mart, 7-Eleven, and two Indian restaurants. Notes for guests: • Owner can be busy, so it’s best to call or text earlier if you need assistance. • RM100 security deposit is required by the owner before check-in (Agoda doesn’t collect this). For me, the deposit was refunded the next day after check-out. Verdict: A good choice for small families looking for a short break near Port Dickson Waterfront. Clean, functional, and fairly priced with convenient location.
