Great location for Etihad arena”
Very friendly and accommodating staff, we had a standard room with x3 occupancy, they gave us a mattress and sheets for my son to sleep on the floor. We found taxis were cheaper than Ubers to get into the city. The Etihad arena is within a 10 min walk. Would stay again

Excellent location with kids club. ”
The hotel is very well located on Yas Island. It’s easy to walk to the Arena, Formula One track as well as Ferrari World. It has lovely facilities and includes a kids club.

Good location in Yas Island”
Very good location. Near Warner Brothers and Ferrari World in Yas Island. Staff are all friendly and nice. Breakfast is good with wide variety. Room is big and comfy. We were surprised it looks like a suite room. We stayed for just 1 night and really enjoyed it.

Nice hotel but needs a facelift”
The staff were fantastic and did the best they could with what they had. We stayed in a suite for 2 nights and, although spacious, the decor was very dated and the room was not very comfortable. The fake leather couch was horrendous. In general the hotel needs some TLC but the restaurants and food is very good. One warning...if you have small children, do not let them run around by the pool as the tiles are not suitable for outdoor use and extremely slippery when wet.

Management should anticipate the number of arrivals during peak season so as not to create chaos on check in especially during covid times. Long cues with little social distancing should be dealt with.

Mena from the reception and Irene as duty manager were very helpful. Had a little bit of complaint along the way but they came to the rescue. A good experience ”
The manager at the country when you enter is quite arrogant and rude. Powerless man trying to flex his muscles. Thank God for the manager Aziz who turned our holiday experience for the better. The rooms are great. House keep is terrible, they made us wait for an hour for a blanket. The pool is too small for such a big hotel. You have people smoking around the pool even though there are no smoking signs. The breakfast and dinner were awesome. However, the hotel doesn’t cater much for vegetarians and pescatarians. The chef was amazing though he tries to help. Hopefully the buffet can cater for everyone. The food delivered by room service was amazing and well presented. There was nothing for the children to do. At least some color pencils and coloring sheets could be provided. Most of the staff at the buffet are amazing.

The room was booked with twin bed with a higher cost and they gave us a single bed with a smaller room. It took them 3 thours to give us a room as we booked. The new room had cupboards which were broken. The toilets flush wasn't working properly. The kids play area was closed but the call centre agent they had informed that kids play area was opened. Dinner served were not as per order and there were delays in the order. This was my first bad experience staying in a hotel.
