Best hotel on the island it bring lives to the island ,a 2 stars with a 5 stars service with a reasonable price prefect room space,super comfortable matteress and pillow,very clean room no odour smell,powerful water supply and air-con system,SAFE Box,refrigerator,complimentary 2 bottle of water, tea, coffee,TV got lots of channels like startv,sports channel,HBO and CNA...
Room is big, staffs are polite, restaurant is 24 hours, but felt like the food is average, but quite inexpensive, the best part of this hotel which has to be highlighted is, I had a very early check in, at 9am,and a late check out, around 4pm,without any extra charges, isn't that great, overall, had 2 great days
I think this 2 stars hotel was underrated. Believe me... it has almost 3 stars accomodations... but i dont know why it was underrated.... but to have 3 stars hotel under 2 stars rated price... i think i have won the gambling.... hehehehe...
Location very strategic, just beside the ferry jetty and very near to the town and coastal area (recreational spot). Very affordable price and the hotel provides not only breakfast, but also lunch. Recommended for a short stay in Tanjung Balai.

Next, the rooms are exceptional clean n tidy n welcoming altho my room is windowless yet, i'm fine with it. Bed are fresh, working water heater, vlean toilets, funtioning aircon, comfortable pillows. And also some simple condiments which is just 2 bottle o...

Not worth staying, had to stay here cos all other hotels were fully booked. Terrible and dirty, unpleasant smells fill the room, was given room 201, bathroom was big but water was flooding cos of chocked drainage. No toothbrush and toothpaste. Never ever coming again. Only great was that there was a food court right opposite the hotel
