Port Stephens hotels & places to stay

The hotel has a small pool which kids would love. Walking distance (300 metres) to 'downtown' area of Port Stephens Visitor Information Centre, piers, shopping centre, restaurants and groceries. Plenty of parking spaces, spacious room, neat and tidy. Staff are helpful and give you a warm feeling.

We spent a very enjoyable long week-end in Port Stephens. The Treescape room was very comfortable for two. Not a luxury bathroom but clean and with all needed. Superb bed, linen and pillows.

We spent 2 nights there over the Australia long weekend.. I think we paid about $170+ for a budget cabin. Not sure if the price is reasonable. This place is great. The beach is beautiful! Hotel is exactly located on the way between Newcastle and Port Stephens. So we can enjoy both town trip easily. But unfortunately BBQ grill is not good condition.

the cabin was one of the best we have stayed in. Modern, clean and everything u could want.

Everything was very good during our stay. Nothing to add or complain, location might be better but the bus station is very near anyway. Will definitely recommend it for someone who wants to stays in Port Stephens. Beautiful !

Lovely place to get some peace and serenity and still close to all amenities. Units are not massive but clean and cater for all your need the beds are the best I have slept on. The grounds are huge great for kids to run around great amenities to play BBQ areas a really wonderful place for the money.

Only stayed one night, found the room to be clean and well-equipped. Only con was the slightly old TV, and this wasn't a big deal since there's plenty to look at in Port Stephens!

Its a great place for young kids to have a good time without going too far. They have an indoor water park which is 29°C so it can be used during winter as well. we had a fantastic time at anne's waterfront as their services were excellent, and the view of the room was great! the rooms were very clean.. with the tea room and the balcony and a lovely bathroom.. it was just like a home to us. we will definitely recommend our friends to come here if they visit port stephens.

The cabin is very new and clean. With washimg machine and dryer. You can wash your clothing and dry it at the same time. A lovely kitchen that you can cook for the whole family. The location is close to the town center where u can find many restorants and shops.Should stay at Halifax Holiday Park if you are planning a holiday at Nelson Bay.

A reasonable stay for the price. Really is out of the way if you came to see Port Stephens. But, on the flip side you'd be paying at least $100 more if it was in a more convenient location. We stayed for 4 days here and everything was great, can't complain except wifi isn't free. Everything in our apartment was great and it had everything we needed. Free parking a bonus! Best part was the lovely heated pool! Will be staying again in future. Thank you Mantra Nelson Bay!

We were driving along the pacific coast. Making stop at Port Stephens for Dolphin watch to please the kids. I arrive late .The fhe office is closed by time I arrived. But We had make prior arrangement with the staff. The check in was smooth . Stff have been heelpful. My first stay in cabin hotel.it was pleasant .

It was a pleasant stay. The location was so close to Sand Dunes at Birubi Beach. Just a walking distance to the sand boarding check point. The place is clean. Toilet is on sharing basis and for heater they will charge you for $0.20 for every 3 minutes.
