Food is very good overall very good experience. Just hotel charge me 1k plus for extra bed but they have provided me sofacum bed and that sofa is not in good condition .

It was bad experiance stay at the sapphire inn bhimtal. Staff don't have experiance/don't bother about customer satisfaction. Staff are more concerned about looting money than customer comfort. My suggestion is not to recommand this hotel

Our experience with this hotel was very good. We got an extra large room with full view of lake. Our children still missing the hotel. Nice staffs.Breakfast was just Ok. They took care of all the needs. Overall experience was good and will choose the hotel again.

The address mentioned is mall road but you’ve to walk 2kms on a 45 degree steep hill and the hotel will not provide any assistance. Every time you wish to get back to the hotel you’ll have to shell out 200-300 bucks for getting a taxi to drop you from mall road to this hotel. I reached there 8 am they were very generous to give me room before checkin time too and later 11 am they changed my room as i book other standard room. room was very clean and washroom was clean too only size was small( can fit 3 adults). My stay is for 2N3D here and it was awesome, the weather is great and a view from balcony takes your tension miles away. food is also good and staff is nice to everyone. children can play lot of games park is there, small trampolin, carrom, TT table is also there. there are number of local spots and famous lakes are in reach. definitely recommend this hotel.

The property is newly built and well maintained, hot water washroom and other emenites are good and well maintained. Staff is coprative. Backdrop its way too high for a casual walk and a to fro trip may cost something INR 250- INR 300

we had a wonderful stay at the hotel and more so since my son enjoyed the sports and games facilities at the common room. The room had balcony which opened to a great garden view. I stayed with my family for 4 nights in the hotel snow view huts.The experience of the hotel is very good. manager of the hotel and his team is very cooperative.They gave delicious breakfast in the morning.but one thing is worst that the hotel is too far from the lake.Its not easy to reach the hotel.but in short hotel is good.

I have booked an executive room, in website and picture room is looking good but in original it is not. It even doesnt have a single chair or mirror in room. Just a double bed and tv. Staff is not professional. Also it is 5km (20min) from bhimtal and 40 min from nainital and its in remote village area.

The location of the property is convenient. Easy access . Good Food. Great staff. During season , rooms are expensive but off season the value for money is fantastic.

The hotel was difficult to access by car yet they had parking space for 4-5 cars which could best be used by very skillful drivers. The rooms were spacious and clean but the hotel must have a restaurant for guests.No choice of food available.It is located around 500 mtrs away from mall and uphill,difficult for senior citizens to climb.Hss no parking of its own,the guest have to shell out Rs 100 daily for public parking located at some distance.

A good place to stay if you do not want to be part of the madding crowd at Nainital. Most of the other locations in Kumaun are easily accessible. One thing the hotel needs to look at is how to prevent insects from getting inside the rooms at night.

a bit difficult to locate especially when you reach in the night (we reached at around 1900 hrs). Don't rely on the number given in the confirmation form, better google it or search in just dial. Apart from this glitch, everything is perfect... the location, the view, the hospitality, the cleanliness... felt a little costly but totally worth staying there.
