The hotel staff is accommodating. His name is Michael. The room was clean and spacious. There is a bus stand just across the hotel entrance. Everything is ok except they don’t have a bellboy.

The hotel is nice, the location good, the price not too bad. The only cons is very narrow rooms and the ramp for the garage is badly made, if you car is low the belly is gonna touch the floor.

Pros 1- Good size rooms (standards was my experience) 2- Quick check in and check out service 3- Was very busy but the staff managed to not delay us 4- very clean Cons 1- Very limited TV channels 2- Intended to stay few more hourse and was fine to be charged but i was informed that the hotel was fully booked although rooms were available online.

1 -Very late check in .( she said no booking for you and asking the manager help) and he handle it .. 2 - very small parking and you must take permission to open the gate to go down the next floor . 3- no wifi at all in my room .. and when I complaint he said ( end of the day ) we can change the room for you.. 4-you cant access to the pool because the pool small and always full from the opening till the close hours .. 5- guest service is very late in answering the calls. Overall Bad experience ( will not go again )

While I do understand that they offer low rates for their rooms, I believe that cleanliness shouldn't be compromised. There's a sanitized sticker on the door before you enter but that makes me think twice because I saw some "stains" of I don't know what on the bathroom door. Also there's a strong smell of molds/dampness in the room. My fault for not raising it to the staff on duty that day, but then again, there shouldn't have been any cleanliness issue in the first place. Not going to go back nor recommend to friends.

Great hotel, but the corner stone Staff Staff Staff, especially the reception, when i request to extend my booking, I called them, they are busy, and he mentioned that he will back after 5 min, and I called them back, she answered me no you can't because you booked from agoda (agoda is a monster!!) oki whats the new rate, she promise to back, I waited 12 hour, booked another hotel checked out, and enjoyed with Aloft beside your hotel, back to home and still waiting 😂, whose the loser?! and How many customer do the same?! There is a big difference than Al Manhal, they are really working on custmer satisfaction, but still I will choose centro capital centre by rotana next time. THANKS ROTANA
