I recently stayed at Buri Sripuhu Hatyai and had a mostly pleasant experience. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable. One of the best things about this hotel is its convenient location—it's close to markets and food stalls, making it easy to explore the local area and find delicious meals nearby. The senior staff were friendly and helpful, providing good service throughout my stay. However, I did encounter a slightly rude attitude from one of the younger staff members when I requested an early check-in. It would be great if the hotel could improve their hospitality training to ensure all guests feel welcome. Overall, I had a good stay and would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, location, and mostly friendly service.
The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area, and the facilities were impressive, especially the pool and gym, which added great value to the overall experience. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout the property, contributing to a comfortable environment. However, the staff's service could use some improvement, as they insist my room was not ready, while I'm waiting I do saw few of the locals checked in. As I can understand some basic Thai language, so this makes me feel not so good as I just want to quickly take a refreshing bath since I'm driving all the way to Thailand. Otherwise everything were up to expectation as I'm a returning guest. This was the 4th time I'm staying in this hotel.

The room was clean, spacious, and super comfortable — perfect for resting after a long day exploring Hat Yai. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was tasty with a good mix of local and international options (yes, there’s coffee too!). The location is also really convenient — close to the city center but still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. If you’re visiting Hat Yai and want a stay that’s both relaxing and convenient, I’d definitely recommend Buri Sriphu. Would happily stay again!

“Great Stay – Worth the Price!”
Although it might be a bit pricey for budget travelers, it's definitely worth the money. We had a pleasant experience staying here for 3 days. The staff were super friendly, and some of them could even speak Malay with us, which we really appreciated! When we requested room cleaning, they made it look exactly like it did when we first arrived—very neat and welcoming. The room was also very spacious for just two people, with plenty of space to lay out our luggage without it getting in the way. Since we were a group of four, we were given connecting rooms, which made communication and hanging out much easier. Just a heads-up: this is a 4-star hotel with an event hall, so sometimes the parking lot gets quite full, especially during weddings. However, it was actually a nice experience to see how weddings from a different culture are celebrated—from a respectful distance. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely consider coming back!
