I have very mixed emotions. I don’t usually give negative feedback. As much as possible I try to look at the bright side, but this hotel has a lot to improve on in terms of coordination and communication with their customers. At some point, I felt the staff lacked training and guidance. Good points: view of the beach is superb pool for kids is amazing and my toddler loved it clean rooms friendly staff (albeit lacking consistency and guidance…they also appeared confused) nice gym facility Negative points: They gave us the worst room. In spite of knowing we had a young kid, they still assigned a room that was beside the bar kitchen and the huge speaker. It was impossible to sleep with the noise. It was way too loud since the wall was obviously not sound proof. We asked to be moved to the other room, and when I told them why, they also agreed with what we said…so I then wondered why they still assigned that room to us. Noise still. We were moved to another room, but there was construction and it was so noisy from AM to late afternoon. Terrible. Broken AC/Cable. When we transferred, AC had to be fixed while we were already inside, no cable to and they could not fix it. We just told them to stop trying to fix it since it was taking too long and we already wanted to rest. Paid breakfast stub with the word “complimentary” on it. I was furious because even though they told us the breakfast had a fee, they still handed us ‘complimentary breakfast stubs’ which got us confused whether it was really with a fee or complimentary. I told them not to use the word “complimentary” lightly. IT WAS SO CONFUSING. They could have at least crossed out the word complimentary, right??? So we ended up paying for breakfast with a family member who got confused with the complimentary breakfast stubs. Grrr. Breakfast was very average, meats were not real meat, ex. siomai is mostly starch, corned beef is poor quality. Mostly carbs are served. Not worth it. We waited for the foam to come out in the pool at 6 PM, at 6:30 PM...nothing came. Apparently it was the other pool in the rooftop not the pool in front. However, prior to this, while we were by the front pool, we asked the staff if it was 6 PM…he perhaps the lifeguard said, YES several times only to find out that it was the other pool they were referring to. So sayang pala hintay namin. First room we stayed at had a menu that said free in-house laundry…but the lobby says laundry starts at P300. Confusing indeed. Went to the gym with an "unlimited" gym use stub, but the staff told me that it was one-use only?? So I insisted that the stub says unlimited, how does that mean “one-time use”??? They then said, yes it’s not one-time use pala. So confusing! That’s all. All of these things really happened. No exaggeration yan talaga ang nangyari.
we really enjoyed staying here. the service is outstanding. 1. they allowed early check in if your room is already available,in our case 2pm we manage to check in(3pm standard check in). 2. they provide pool towel to be pick up on lobby but in our case we went straight to rooftop pool and ask where can we get the towel and lifeguard happily assist as to get us towel in lobby 3.breakfast buffet is over flowing, their supervisor always check the food need to refill,so no waiting time. 4. they clean the room everyday and change our towel 5.their room food service is 24/7 6. lobby is so aromatic 7.they have foam party every 1hr 5pm onwards 8.staffs always greet us 9.water activities are in station 3 so after scuba diving, parasailing, ATV etc. they will drop you in front of hotel, no need to hire e-trike going back to hotel 10.pool water is warm with sound system and large screens
The hotel itself is very clean and lots of available amenities such as spa, massage, pool, breakfast and bar. The view is amazing from the upper floors and the beach is literally 10 steps away from the hotel. In the perfect location as well, for food, activities and shopping. Probably one of the best hotels for the price which was also relatively cheap.
I booked 5 days and 4 nights for our honeymoon. The room is comfortable, but we encountered an issue with the air conditioning. It wasn’t working properly, and after the maintenance team checked it for about 20-30 minutes, they told us to contact the front desk since it couldn’t be fixed that day due to the technician’s shift ending. We were told to wait for a callback from the front desk, but it was incredibly hot, so we decided to pack up and leave. The housekeeping staff kindly assisted us in moving to a vacant room. However, the new room didn’t have cable with Netflix or YouTube, unlike the original one. Given the inconvenience, I was expecting either the same room or an upgrade, but instead, it felt like a downgrade. I’m really disappointed with the whole experience on that night.

Great location Not far from station 2, and not too crowded. Great variety of buffet breakfast. Wonderful staff, clean rooms, but best of all is the vibe and facilities in this hotel. They have live music and entertainment, as well as party activities in the pool top bar. Infinity pool, sunset Deck and rooftop lounge areas to boot.
