Staying for the second time, still satisfied with the service provided. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The hotel location is very strategic, close to the Bogor Botanical Gardens, Botani Square, and also Suryakencana. The room is also comfortable, the bed is clean and soft, although there are some areas that need improvement, such as the TV which has some choppy broadcasts (not too distracting but needs to be fixed). For the apartment-type room, I hope additional facilities can be provided, such as a hairdryer and minibar.
This is the second time staying at Bigland with the kids. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean, and the facilities are complete. The kids are always happy staying at Bigland with the swimming pool and mini playground for them. There's also a kids' activity facility, but we didn't get a chance to participate yesterday because they preferred swimming and playing outdoor activities. The outdoor activities are paid per child, while the accompanying adult is free since staying at the hotel. The breakfast menu is also varied, and the taste is decent. For dinner, we tried the rooftop restaurant. We ordered traditional fried rice, sushi, and Oreo cheese pizza. The drinks were orange juice, lemon tea, and Biscoff latte. The taste was not bad. Whenever staying here, we always request a room with a mountain view, Mashallah it is really pleasing to the eyes. Relaxing by enjoying the beauty of nature. Unfortunately, the rooms are not soundproof yet. Hopefully, in the future, Bigland hotel can improve even more. Next time, we will come back to staycation here ❤️
Looking for a hotel in Bogor for a vacation and to celebrate mom's birthday. We found this hotel, booked a family room, and requested for a birthday celebration. And yes, upon arriving at the hotel, wow it was totally worth coming all the way to Bogor and choosing this hotel, it did not disappoint. We were greeted warmly, and we were able to check in at 1 PM, after which they had already prepared the birthday cake for us and we got a room with a view of the mountain. Ahhhh, so happy, we will definitely come back here for another vacation.
Bigland Hotel Bogor offers a pleasant stay with clean and comfortable rooms, matched by friendly and helpful staff who deliver great service. Its strategic location makes it easy to explore Bogor, especially with the famous Botanical Gardens just nearby. We also appreciated the safe motorcycle parking and the beautiful mountain view from the hotel, which added a relaxing ambiance to our stay. This was actually my second time staying here, and I’m very likely to choose this hotel again for future visits. The only downside was the relatively small lobby area, which can get crowded during check-in or check-out when many guests arrive at once. Overall, it’s a solid and reliable choice for both leisure and business travelers.

“Comfortable two-bedroom apartment”
Two-bedroom apartment. This hotel is not located on a main road. We booked a two-bedroom apartment. Room 1 has a queen bed, a TV, a desk, a wardrobe, and a bathroom + toilet. Room 2 has a single bed, a desk, and a wardrobe, with a decent size. Between the two rooms, there is a room with a dining table and a seating area with a TV. There is also a small pantry with a cooker hood, plus an electric kettle, glasses, mineral water, standard coffee, and tea. Although there is a cooker hood, there is no stove or other utensils provided. Each room and the seating area have split AC, and each bathroom has a water heater unit. Cleanliness is good. Service is also good. The AC in the seating area had condensation and dripped water quite a bit on the night we stayed, around 9 PM. However, a technician came promptly and resolved the issue. Afterwards, there was a WhatsApp from customer service ensuring that the problem had been handled and resolved. The location is quite strategic even though it is not on a major road. There are two restaurants in the hotel; we only tried the rooftop cafe, which is nice and has both indoor and outdoor seating areas. When sitting outdoors, the view of the city of Bogor at night is beautiful. There is also a ramen restaurant not far from the hotel that can be reached in less than a 5-minute walk. A small thing that feels lacking… there are not enough power outlets; it would be better if more were added. And there is no place provided for towels. The door to the balcony is locked; if we want to open the balcony door, a deposit of Rp 100,000 is required, which will be returned later. On the night we stayed, while heading to the rooftop cafe, there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway leading to the elevator. It should be a non-smoking area. Overall, it was very comfortable and clean.
