We had an excellent experience at Belmont Boracay. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. On our first day, we had to take our daughter to a clinic. The hotel staff assisted us with an escort and waited for us to ensure everything was okay. A special thanks to Ms. Michelle for her care and support during this time. On the second day, we thought we lost our bag. We returned to the hotel to check if it was in our room, and Sir Dave went out of his way to assist us. His help was exceptional and truly appreciated. The following days were just as great. The staff were always attentive, assisting us at the entrance and fulfilling every request promptly and exceptionally. We also noticed how well-maintained the hotel is. There were no ants or insects, all room functions were in perfect condition, and every faucet offered hot and cold options—a thoughtful feature, especially when traveling with children. As a bonus, they even upgraded our room for free! All in all, we highly recommend Belmont Boracay, especially for families with children or elderly guests. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests make the experience truly memorable. Thank you, Belmont Boracay, for making our stay wonderful. Agoda Misleading Description on Room. Seaview it says, but we did not get sea view”
Apart from we booked a SEAVIEW and did not get it, everything is OK with Belmont in terms of facility and cleanliness and restaurant staffs, guards, concierge staff and the FREE Buffet BREAKFAST (6Am to 10am) so good and has good variety. Hotel is inclusive and child friendly. Appreciated it as a family travelling with baby, they have high chair in the restaurant, refrigerator for storing baby food, water kettle for milk and sterilising bottles. I know it is standard for hotels, but not all hotels actually provide all these. Cons: - cant do much in New Coast. Basically everything is on the white beach side. Had to bet on shuttle or spend so much on transfer from new coast to white beach side. - Receptionist CANNOT do anything regarding their 3rd party’s (agoda) mishaps, even it means disappointment for the guest. Our case, we booked Sea View as indicated in our confirmed booking, but since on their system, it is not Seaview, then we got no seaview. What a waste of some additional cost for the seaview!! They even told for me to contact Agoda for that. So “convenient” (sarcastic). So we just let it slide. - Hotel should be responsible with their 3rd party! - Is it normal that room attendant clean the room 2x a day when guests are away? I asked the reception if it’s SOO and she asked me how did I know that it was cleaned twice and if any of our things missing? I answered and she said yes it is their SOP, we have to flag the DND for our room not be cleaned. First in the afternoon, attendant left a note for cleaning the room, so Ok. Then in the evening, when we returned the sheets are arranged again, no note left, and trash still not collected. I have not inspected everything in our luggages and not insinuating any missing items but I think there should be a better advise regarding room cleaning. Then the next days, no one cleaned our room the whole day even we did not flag the DND. - Humba is not tender and overpriced for 2 cute slices of pork and boiled egg But overall, hotel i would still recommend.

The location is exclusive and pretty far from the white beach, though it is perfect for those who want peace and quiet. The room we stayed in was perfect and same as the posted photos in Agoda. The staff (literally all those we encountered) were really hospitable and helpful! The service was topnotch! Shoutout to the security guards and receptionists, Jeazel and Queen for being really friendly and helpful. They even assisted us when riding the HoHo ejeep and shuttle. They can also hail e-trikes for the guests. The hotel amenities such as the gym and pool were clean, we even have access to their sister hotel’s (Savoy) party pool and bar. There’s also the Newcoast Beach which is around 5 mins walk from the hotel (perfect for sunrise watching). They also offer free shuttles to and from dmall at certain schedules starting from 10am to 10pm. We also used the HoHo ejeep during our stay since it also enters Boracay Newcoast. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay! I would love to stay here again if we want peace and quiet, away from the hustles of the stations.

It was my first time to stay in Belmont Hotel. Overall, it was a good experience but there were a few disappointments along the way. On my first day upon arrival, a Belmont Hotel staff picked me up at the airport, assisted me all througout the travel going to the hotel. Although the partner transport company, Southwest Travels and Tours, wasn’t as good—my first day experience was all good. On my second night, I decided to have a room service for my dinner and when I finished my meal, I called housekeeping, room service and even front desk to dish out and remove my used plates from the room. I was advised to leave everything outside the room and someone will pick it up. To my dismay, until the following morning, the plates and utensils are still outside my room and looks disgusting already. I reminded the staff at the front desk and the cafe to remove it coz it doesn’t look good for other guests as well. Took them how many reminders to finally do so. On my last day, since I booked an aiport-hotel-airport transfer, I was expecting to have the same treatment going back to the airport where a hotel staff will accompany me until I was dropped off. Unfortunately, no one assisted me when I checked out, it was the driver of the van service who approached me and asked me if I’ll be the one for pick-up and he even said ‘wala pa lang concierge tutulong’. And since the driver’s responsibility is just to bring me to the port, no one from Southwest Travel and Tours approached me when we arrived at the port. I was expecting that I will be assisted. Nobody from the hotel or transpo’s staff was helpful. Very disappointing. I was the one who spoke and coordinated so I can safely travel going to the airport. I will still recommend the hotel to others at their own discretion, but they have to make sure that they will be taken good care of all throughout. To be honest, Hennan Hotels still has the best service for their guests!
