The free bikes are awesome, the rooms are super air conditioned, the owner is very kind and has great suggestions about what to do and where to go. The location is in the middle of An Bang beach and the downtown area/nightmarket which was awesome! Very peaceful :)

Beautiful home stay, excellent food and service”
Sky and his family have a gorgeous house with a coi pond inside, free bicycle rental, and a wonderful choice of breakfast options. You can choose from 4 local noodle soups for breakfast, including beef pho, Quang noodles, cao lau noodles, and chicken noodle soup. Everything we ate was yummy. You could also get western options like toast, pancakes, or omelette. Drinks include Vietnamese white/black coffee and tea. Everything was clean and Sky gave great recommendations for things around Hoi An and da nang to see. The home is a little bit far from the city center, but this puts you closer to local food, farms and restaurants to enjoy cheaper local options. It is only a 10 minute bicycle ride away, and this was a fun bike ride. You are also closer to the An bang beach from sky’s house.

Great place, great service, and way worth it”
The owner of the place Kiep Nguyen speaks english which was very helpful in explaining what to go check out and what to do in Vietnam. Usually price doesn't matter to me, but i've been to vietnam about 7 times already and if i had to do it all over again i would of stayed here. Being at a pricer hotel doesn't mean its always better, in my case your not trying to enjoy the hotel, your there to travel and explore, being less than half a mile away from the city was great, got to see local village living, that and its quiet compared to being in the city. I definitely recommend staying here.

Wenn es ginge würden wir mehr geben! Wir waren einfach nur begeistert von der aufrichtigen Gastfreundschaft mit der wir hier empfangen wurden. Dies begann bereits bei der Ankunft bei welcher wir eine Karte und tolle Tipps erhielten. Das Frühstück ist einfach unübertrefflich, da super frisch zubereitet und wählt man eine Portion Nudeln von der Frühstückskarte fährt der Gastgeber tatsächlich los um diese schnell zu kaufen (was wir vorher nicht wussten und uns schon fast hat schlecht fühlen lassen) die Pancakes werden aber in der Küche selbst gemacht :) . Weiter hat er uns sehr geholfen bei der Flugbuchung und ein Taxi zum Flughafen bestellt. Da wir um 5 uhr morgens losmussten hat er uns sogar ein kleines frühstück gepackt! Zudem gibt es freie Fahrräder mit denen man innerhalb von 10 Minuten in der schönen Stadt ist. Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder kommen.
