Hotel was in an excellent location”
Our stay at Bally’s was great however the only issue we had was with the room telephone. The telephone in our room was not working; there was no dial tone and a housekeeper came to our room and tried to assist however a repair work order was needed. The room phone was necessary because I am a diabetic and reaching the front desk in the event of an emergency was extremely important.

The rooms were clean everything the staff of sweet and nice everybody answered all our questions I think the slots are even or looser than any other casino we went to my husband went three hand payouts.I would definitely go back there and if you're looking for a really nice place definitely go here you won't be disappointed.

Great location!”
Bally's is located mid-Strip and is central to most of the places you'd want to go within a 20 minute walk. We went Jan. 2021 and were impressed by the covid protocols in place. Check-in was contactless and done through a kiosk, and check-out was automatic. The rooms were clean, spacious, and we definitely had enough room (and then some!) for two people. On the casino floor, chairs were spaced out for the slot machines and only a limited number of players could be at the tables. I wish Bally's had plastic dividers at each table for each individual like at the Venetian, but we definitely felt safe as masks are required. I would recommend Bally's for an inexpensive stay!

Value for money, good condition and staff is nice!”
I like the design of room, also the location is super good as it is in the center of city, easy to go everywhere. Also the staff is nice, I had bought a yogurt for breakfast from supermarket but forget to take the spoon, I tried to ask the staff who supposed her duty is just cleaning the room, she is so kind to help and give me the spoon that was actually for her lunch. The experience with this hotel was good.

Great stay in the middle of the strip”
We were just here for 1 night. MGM group closed all their properties due to COVID19 and we were kicked out of the Mirage. So moved to Bally’s for our last night in Vegas. King rooms are are huge, we had a freshly renovate room on the 22nd floor, with a magnificent view. It’s was very clean. Resort charge in our case was ridiculous, but we needed somewhere to stay and didn’t have much choice.

Great location. Getting a little dated, however it more than compensates with good clean spacious rooms even at the lower pricing end. Booked a smoking room by mistake, however was able to change to a non-smoking room with little drama. Good customer service.
