    “Extremely clean with ample space”

    There are two bedrooms and one Japanese-style room available for sleeping, providing very spacious accommodations. The facilities, amenities, and bedding are all quite clean. Within walking distance, there are convenience stores and cosmetics/pharmacy stores. The only drawback is that the complecity for obtaining instructions, and the instructions are only in Japanese. However, once understood, the key retrieval process is easy and there were no issues.

    “very bad experience”

    we wants to cook for dinner, but not much kitchen eqiupments, moreover the pot is cracked with a hair inside, so disgusting. Another day, the owner change the pot for us but we don't know. so we haven't cook in the house in Awaji island

    “初めての民泊”

    部屋は清潔で広くて大変過ごしやすい環境でした。 ただ、写真で見たスーパーファミコンが目当てだったのに無かった事が残念でした。 ガラスコップも使う前から少し汚れていたので使う事はなかったです。

    “サポート体制が残念”

    施設は生活感満載の古い普通のマンションでした。リゾート感はありません。部屋は広かったです。 室内履きはかなり履き込んだ汚れてくたびれたスリッパで（使い捨てではありません）、お鍋もかなり使い込んだ焦げが染み付いたものでした。貸別荘をよく利用しますが出しっぱなしの掃除洗剤など、こんなに生活感のあるところは初めてでした。 予約に不備があったようで当方は4名で宿泊者登録をしているのに、防犯カメラで4名と確認した、などと宿泊先のサポートスタッフからアプリでメッセージが届きました。防犯カメラは共用部なのか居室なのか不安になりました。宿泊者登録が4名なのに防犯カメラで確認したと伝える理由があるのでしょうか。一部文章も支離滅裂で無礼で不躾なメッセージに困惑しました。それまでの楽しかった旅行気分が一度に冷めました。ビジネスライティングの研修受講をおすすめしたいと思いました。 施設はともかく、このサポートの対応では今後、みらいファクトリーの施設は利用したくないなと思いました。 その後アゴダに連絡を取りましたがこちらは適切に応対してくださっています。
