Avillion Port Dickson has become our 2nd kampung everytime we need a quick getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The location is great as you can find most of your basic needs nearby for example grocery store and clinics. The rooms are always clean, facilities updated, and maintained frequently. Breakfast fit for a king. Serene ambience especially near the beach. Lovely peacocks greeting us during breakfast. Beautiful wave sound as we relax into our night slumber. The staffs are friendly and well trained too. We just can't get enough.

My second stay here. Just love the place especially my 85years old mother really enjoys this place. Lovely ambiance and salute the staff for their dedication and commitment during this pandemic to ensure that we guest have a safe stay. Check in process was fast and thank you Mr Shah Front Office Manager for your kind help and team Khalid, Sherin, Gafiq, Noga Brian, Basri and the rest of the Front Office Team. This trip was to celebrate my sister birthday and Mr Mages F&B Manager was indeed so kind to assist with the arrangements with his team Mr Amir, Jamson, Shalini, Zan, Ashikin and the rest to make our celebration a memorable one. Thank you Mr Andre Executive Housekeeper to ensure our chalet was clean and the sheets were super clean despite all your challengers. We had some issues regarding the toilet and Mr Rasid Chief Engineer and team ensured that it was rectified immediately. Breakfast excellent. and love the pizza. We were there for the New Year. My second time there. Been there during their glory days…Love the water chalet. This time only one pool is open..Too close to the restaurant. Wishing they open the other pool. More space. The food need improvement quality wise. It could have been better. The hotel competition in PD is rising, they need to improve should they need to sustain in the current market.. Despite other hotel choices in PD, I still love Avillion for its warm & cozy atmosphere. Pls improve. You have the potential..

Coming out of Covid blues...”
We have stayed at the Avillion several times before, and it's been hit and miss during the Covid pandemic. We've always loved the hotel and its lovely location and landscaping, but during the covid years, the standard of cleanliness was hit and miss. But this time, they outdid themselves in cleanliness (but I did request that they be sure my two water chalets were really clean). Not a single cicak (lizard/gecko) poop, no dust bunnies, sheets and towels were spotless. But 2 table lamps were not working, but they came very quickly to fix them when I ask them to. Also, they were ripping up walkways and refurbishing certain zones of rooms, so they are doing their level best to try to bring it back to what it was in pre-covid days. I wish my favourite PD resort all the best in bringing back her glory days!

I remember while we are queuing for check in, then some one came and cut q, then 1 of the Malay male staff saw it and ask them to q no cut q and we are appreciated and those staff over there and friendly , good service , although that time not enough staff but they also try to do thier best, I went there for so many times thier environment and service really best for me, I remember after 3 days I wanna make another reservation for my friends couple, in Agoda already full and no more room, then I called Avillion , and customer service checked there is room can make reservation under dublex, then I direct make from thier website, and I didn’t inform customer service at the hotel can we both 2 stay closer? The customer service told me he will try, then when we reach the hotel , the staff service us try to arrange 2 closer room then he too seek for manager for advice, then the manager came and serve us and give us free upgrade to 2 room duplex with end seaview , we didn’t expect that , we and my friend couple are very happy and really enjoy it, definitely will Recomend more friend to come and enjoy in this resort. Even the sepang cannot compare with them , I will definitely come again on September to celebrate me and my son birthday 🥳

This is my 2nd time staying here. Suitable for family with small children. Spacious room and bathroom. My kids love the swimming pool, mini petting zoo and view from the balcony. They love it that they can fishing from the balcony. The beach is nice too but its not clear water. Beware of the sandflies! During night time if its low tide u can try to catch baby crabs/crabs at the beach area. Definitely will come again. I think the hotel need to refurbish most of the rooms. For example my room got a lot of cracked and chipped on the wooden balcony door and window. This trigger my son sinusitis due to wood dust and smell. But overall its a nice hotel 👍🏻

Avillion will always be my fav-go-to hotel in PD. I just love everything about this hotel. I had a pleasant staycation with my family. Love that this hotel has its own private beach and mini petting zoo. Also, the breakfast was tasty!! Their swimming pool used to open 24hrs but now not anymore after covid. There is 1 restaurant just opposite Avillion served the best food, we will always walking there for dinner.

The ambiance was superb with fresh air and the hospitality is very good by all the staff.I stayed at garden challet and the room was very nice and big. The best resort in Port Dickson, with the best garden and how is is so well kept. What makes this resort special is that, you enjoy the best of both worlds.. Garden and the sea which is within reach. We booked 3 water chalets and our stay was amazingly wonderful! Tumbs Up to the GM for a job well done and especially to Shah, Khairi, Nesa, Kuzai, Brian, Basri and the whole Front Office Team. Mages, Shalini, Jamson and the whole F&B Team, Chef Chan and his wholeTeam for the delicious food that we had throughout our stay. The Security guys were very polite and helpful. This is for sure one of my best stays ever in Malaysia. Suitable for all and the kids really enjoyed. I will for sure go back again and again :-). Owners, your staff are your biggest asset.

Booked the premium seaview which comes with free high tea at lounge which was a beautiful place. Kids love the pool as there's a slide for younger kids. However the buffet dinner needs to improve on the selection (painfully limited) and within an hour of the buffet starting time, all food runs out and so many people complained. Otherwise stay is great!

We stayed at Water Chalet just few feet away from the private beach, the go kart area and the eating area etc. The beach is beautiful in fact most places in Avillion is beautiful. The room is clean, comfy and just nice for our family. The staff are also friendly and helpful, from the check in staff to the security guard and the concierge. Amazing experience, and the kids love the pool too. However the management can improve the items inside the room...ie our tv is not working (the channels continuously/cyclically changing), the water heater for the bath and shower not working (yes we did turn on the water heater switch but no hot water from the "H" tap) and the toilet bowl's water flush with rising its water level (always worry it will overflow). Apart from the above everything else is great

Bad experience from human not the hotel”
No doubt the place was worth every penny.. just my luck had a bad experience staying there. I have told multiple times to the staff that I m having a 2 months old infant and to provide a better room. But I was given water chalet next to bushes and i had trouble whole night to keep my baby safe from insects whole night. Lack of sleep and tired, decided to put up another night. But took garden chalet this time. Another nightmare as the fan could not be switch off and I had to keep my baby right under it. I called the receptionist almost 3 times to request for fan remote. But no 1 bothered to help. We also called to collect a dirty tray near our room by previous guest.. as flies was hovering and entering our room.. again we became invisible to the hotel staff... Nevertheless, since i know which room to choose next time.. I will sure will go again.. the place and water chalet is superb..

First time stayed in this resort, another luxury resort in PD beside Lexis. Amenities swimming pool, pet cage, near beach, peacock roaming freely. Table pool games and claw machines. Staffs and security very polite and helpful. Eateries walking distance or by car about 10mins driving. Near CKT Kings. Rooms very spacious, there are 2Twin and 1 Queen or 1King and 1 Queen for water chalet. If you lucky your room will be facing the open sea or partial. Not so privacy as most water chalet situated near to each other and you need to roll down your blind in the day. Toilet is open concept where there opening at the shower. Maybe management should consider to put an acrylic sheets where there still nature light coming in. This is my point of view. Balcony full of pigeons pooh, and must be careful when you out to the balcony. Nevertheless it a perfect gateway for family with young, old or honey moon. Will come again next year round.
