The hotel room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and the water flow was good. The view facing the marina towards with sunsets was amazingly mesmerizing. I love the scenery while staying at the hotel. But, if the buffet for breakfast could add on a bit more variety and simple dessert would be great. Just the house flies around the dining hall were really disturbing and the crows at the open area dining hall really need to be chase away. I also hope that the swimming pool time will be extended a bit. As 9am to 650pm kind of short. Overall, it was a great experience. For the staff, thumbs up and I love how friendly and mannered the staff at the dining hall during my dinner with my family. Thank you!

Mula² risau juga sebelum pergi sebab baca review banyak yg tak bagus, bila tengok dlm gambar ok je. Nak confirm kenalah pergi sendiri kan! Bila dh pergi barulah kita tahu yg bad review semua tu poyo. Hahaha. Hotel punya main elok macam ni banyak bunyi. Adoi, tak faham betul manusia ni. Harga: Alhamdulillah, harga yg kita bayar sgt berbaloi dgn apa yg kita dapat. Rm377 utk 3 hari dua malam termasuk tax. Voucher sarapan utk 2orang dewasa. Tapi sy datang sarapan bertiga dengan dua anak masing² bawah 11tahun, tak ada tambahan caj. Fasiliti: Katil bujang 2, besar juga xlah kecik sangat. Sofa bed 1, boleh jadi katil. So total ada 3 katil bujang lah. Meja kopi, desk, dan table top ada singki. Mini fridge, ir0n, closet, kittle, coffee & tea, air botol. Hair dryer dan toiletres semua tu ada belaka. Cuma, tv rosak xhidup langsung. Kain lapik kaki tak ada, tapi ada slippers 2 pasang. Oklah, xde hal benda kecik2 tu. Kebersihan: Bagus! Kita keluar tengah hari ada cleaner bersihkan bilik. Tq sangat kat akak cleaner tu, baik dia. Siap bg beg plastik lebih kat kita. This is not my first time staying at this hotel. It is vastly different from when I stayed here for work in 2018. This time, I came for the second time to vacation with my family. 1- On the first day, when it was time to check in, I was already reprimanded by the receptionist while communiacted with him... "English please!" "Oh... you are not local?" "I'm from India," with a plain face... I was expecting he would say it in a more polite way... "I'm so sorry, Sir, I can't speak Bahasa. I would appreciate it if you could speak English as I'm not local," with a slight smile... and I would be fine! 2- After getting the key, it was time to enter the room, but the room wasn't ready. It turned out the counter staff had slotted me into the wrong room... it's a very bad sign for me! 3- After entering the room..., the air conditioner was function but not really cooling even though I set the temperature to the lowest at 16°C. it just wasn't cooling even after turn on aircond for a whole day....lucky the room completed with a fan. 4- The toilet condition is very poor. Water pressure so weak. 5- This hotel does not have accessible facilities for disabled guests. The coffee shop for breakfast is located in the next building. To get there, we need to walk downstairs, go outside, and climb a staircase to reach the coffee shop. 6- While I was in the coffee shop, I saw a lady in a wheelchair. I asked her how she got there. She said that she came from the entrance and her son dropped her off by car. Hmm...why did no one from the hotel staff inform me about this option? By the way, i'm walking with a cane. It so suffer to climb up a staircase to reach a coffee shop. 7- When I was at the coffee shop, I wanted to drink a teh tarik. I saw that the options at the dispenser machine were all coffee. I asked the waiter, and surprisingly, he said if I wanted teh tarik, I would have to pay separately. My question here is, teh tarik and Malaysians are so synonym. Can't you use common sense? Why is it so difficult for you to make teh tarik available in a large dispenser for your guests? No one thought about this, did they? 8- Overall... ✅The front desk and housekeeping staff are foreigner from India. ✅it's unclear whether they are not trained to be professional or if they were hired simply because of cheap labor costs. ✅The room furniture is old, with no effort made for maintenance. ✅The food in the coffee shop is below average. ✅The sambal nasi lemak is not tasty. The kuey teow is overcooked, as if made by an amateur. ✅The menu clearly shows that the hotel is cutting costs. ✅I feel that the street-side tomyam stall are far better compared to the hotel's chef. ✅The coffee shop decor is very outdated..it soooo yesterday. ✅The glass walls at coffee house are not cleaned...the café space is warm...not cool. The guest at the table next to me complained that the air conditioning was not working. ✅In my opinion, this hotel needs new funding to upgrade its existing facilities. ✅Bring back more local staff who better understand the needs of local guests. ✅There is nothing attractive about this hotel. It's just average. ✅Finally, thank you for the hospitality... ✅I will definitely not be coming back here.
Comfortable and convenient”
Stayed with my parents, got 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed. Room was comfortable and spacious. The view from the window was superb unfortunately no sunset was seen on that day cos it was raining. Didn't know there was buffet dinner available (self paid), we had that instead of ordering room service. Food was delicious especially the lemon chicken. Breakfast spread was also nice. Walking distancwle to the beach is really convenient. Overall satisfied, will come again.
