RM 45/pax (full facilities) Full Facilities including single mattress, pillows, blankets, towels, mineral water, coffee - NO in-room service like buggy/ trolley/ food service/ baby cot offered as this is a private unit - Self-check-in due to we're HOMESTAY concept (the room key is stored in a small lock box) - Guests are advised to pick up a deco package from us for the purpose of room decoration. - Cooking, Liquor and smoking are not allowed at this property; Pets are strictly not allowed at the property - Security deposit of RM 300 will be collected via an app with an e-wallet BEFORE check-in; Security deposit will be returned to the customer fully if the room is in good condition (before 3 pm) After more than 4 guests, (charge for every night) *Note: Security deposit will be forfeited where the inaccurate number of guests has been informed. - Homestay property items are not allowed to be brought back or taken out; Guests are not allowed to bring their own equipment, especially toto blankets. - Additional charges may apply for any loss or damages, also if the sheets, bed, and towels are too dirty; It is forbidden to paste or paint decorations on the walls and place any items in the pool. I stayed at Grand Lexis PD last night — but it was a privately-owned unit, not directly under the hotel management. And honestly? It was amazing. 🔥 ✅ Private pool inside the room – no need to share, can swim anytime you want, day or night. ✅ Room was spacious, clean, and super comfy – great for couples, family, or even just a chill staycation. ✅ Host was friendly and easy to deal with – smooth check-in, no hassle at all. ✅ Very private and quiet – felt like I had my own little villa. ⚠️ Just a heads-up: – Since it’s not under the hotel, you won’t get hotel breakfast or daily housekeeping. – No access to hotel buggy service, so you’ll need to walk to your unit (need to walk from lobby to hotel around 300m ) - Need RM3xx security Deposit if stayed at Grand Lexis and will be return during Checkout -Check in 3.00pm and checkout before 12pm ( 11.30am) Rating: 4/5 ⭐️ Totally satisfied — will definitely book again soon. Perfect spot to relax and recharge

“Lovely stay”
Hotel location is away from town so grab your tidbits and munchies before arriving. The unit was clean, basic amenities were available. Bed was super comfy, aircond was functioning well too. However, some of the structure outside perhaps needed maintenance/refurbishment. We really enjoyed the attached pool. Host provided clear check-in/out instructions. Loved our stay here. Would definitely stay here again.

Great for staycation with family. The place is clean and the pool is big. The view is also beautiful. Its okay not to too take buggy service because the place is not too far from the entrance. And it’s wheelchair friendly!

Rekomen sesiapa yg nak pi sini..sgt bersih..cuma rezeki kami masa pi pool nya agak kuat bau klorin tapi management dah say sorry dgn ganti extand chekout sampai jam 2..Staff yg incas kami tu sgt la membantu,friendly..love sgt 😍
