Surprisingly clean, quiet, and good service. The accessibility to the mall is also good. It's such a great place that you might wonder why Korean tourists don't know about it. They are friendly and respond quickly to inquiries. When I requested a hairdryer that was not in the room, they brought it right away. When I asked if there was a laundry service, they said no and told me about a nearby laundromat. They also called a tricycle for me at check-out, so I could move quickly and comfortably. The breakfast buffet was different from what I expected, as I thought it was a one-plate style based on the reviews. The menu seems to change a little every day. I enjoyed the delicious food. I requested housekeeping, and they cleaned the room neatly. The only slight drawback is that the room is a bit dark. However, it is cost-effective and has excellent service, so I want to use it again and recommend it!

They were friendly, attentive, and always went the extra mile to ensure we felt welcomed and well taken care of. A unique perk of this hotel is the tour guide available right at the lobby. If you’re new to Boracay and unsure of what to do, this is your safest bet. The tour guide, while affiliated with the hotel, is not an employee and provides valuable service by arranging activities for guests without the risk of being overcharged by the street vendors. We found this to be a far more cost-effective option than booking activities online through platforms like Klook or KKday. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to take full advantage of the price difference since we hadn’t brought enough cash and forgot to unlock our bank cards for international withdrawals. If you’re planning a trip, be sure to prepare for this in advance! Convenient Payment Options Another great aspect of Aloha Boracay is its flexibility with payments. If you don’t like the hassle of paying for each service individually during your stay, you can ask to charge everything to your room. This option comes at no extra cost and allows you to settle all expenses in one go at the end of your stay, which we found extremely convenient. Rooftop Bar, Restaurant, and Breakfast Options The rooftop bar is a must-visit! The atmosphere is lively, the views are stunning, and the staff are just as fantastic as those throughout the rest of the hotel. The restaurant also offers a good selection, although I wasn’t particularly a fan of the breakfast choices. I ended up sticking to fresh foods like vegetables and fruits, accompanied by tea, coffee, or even a beer or two. Comfort, Accessibility, and Some Minor Noise While the hotel does not offer activities itself, it excels in comfort and accessibility, making it an excellent base for exploring Boracay. One minor downside is the noise level during the day. The doors are not airtight or particularly thick, so you may occasionally hear other guests in the halls. I would recommend Aloha for the value of money, customer service and cleanliness. There are some reasons why I didnt give them 5 stars though: first, their shower wasnt hot, it wasnt even warm. So yeah, theres no hot shower. 2nd, in our 2nd day, they didnt give us any bath mat. The bathroom floor would get wet when you shower and theres nothing to dry your feet. 3rd, they dont provide shampoo and conditioner which are basic necessities, although they provide toothbrush and small toothpaste which I dont see very often. 4th, theres no hairdryer and flat iron in the room. What I like about our stay, specifically, our room’s layout is cute and unique. We booked the family superior room. It’s just in the ground floor, so it saved us time going up and down the elevator. The welcome drink is refreshing. After a long trip, it’s nice to be greeted with a cold, sweet flavored drink. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was just 2-3 minutes away from the beach, which is not bad. The street leading up to the beach is lined with stores and vendors. The menu in free breakfast buffet was decent. Overall, we had a good experience.

Overall Aloha Hotel tried hard to be 4 star, but it has a ways to go. I give it a solid 2.5 stars with an B+ for effort but a C for awareness of the customers experience. We rented the suite, I can't say much about the basic rooms. What's Good? Pool top roof with plenty of space, seating, towels and kids, and a semi-full bar with bar food until 11pm. SUITES are spacious and have a fridge, small bar area, nice sitting quarters with 2 full length sofas and TV, (Although we could never get it to work). Bathrooms are semi-modern with a full size walk in shower and three shower heads. Water pressure and temp are of avatar quality, but a good shower nonetheless. Bedrooms have a Queen size bed with a coil mattress and a big fluffy comforter. Living room and bed room each have big screen TV and separate AC units. The living room has a big bay window and effective room darkening and cooling curtains. The rooms are keep clean and well maintained. It's not too hard to get comfortable in the room. The amount of space in the suite is a real plus. The Bad: Not a lot to say here. Some of their policies are a turn off. They will bring you two pitchers of water a day, but after that there's a charge. They don't allow any outside drink and will charge a 35% corkage fee. Any accidently broken glass or damaged towel will cost you. My first morning I made a mug of the instant coffee. Sat on the couch, but there are no side tables, so I set my mug on the 4" wide wooden arms of the couch. 5 minutes later I heard splaat! The cup had slid of the arm and onto the floor, not only did I lose my morning cup of Joe, it cost me 350p ($7USD) at checkout. Everything Else:. Their restaurant was pretty good. Everything properly prepared. Ribs are exceptional. Morning breakfast buffet is more than satisfactory. Most of the staff very friendly and helpful, just like I hope this review is.

The hotel's check-in time is 3:00 PM. My girlfriend and I finished eating lunch at 11:30 AM, so we had to wait at the lobby. The personnel from the front desk proactively said that she's going to allow us to check-in at 12:00 PM so we can rest, and that she will waive the early check-in charge. They will even ask us proactively if we wish to have our room cleaned. We also enioyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the drinks they are offering at the pool.
