The prefered choice”
This hotel is our choice and have been staying all the time when we travel to KL. Due to its location at KL sentral and just next to a mall, its one of the best i can say. As KL is known by the heavy traffic, getting from airport via KLIA Express and getting around kl via LRT and MRT is one of the breeze. So staying just at the centralise transportation hub takes you easily anywhere around KL. The Hotel have great rooms and there are a few configuration to choose. Rooms is great and clean. Breakfast was good and variety of choices. Pool is awesome and breathtaking as it is located at the rooftop. Kids pool also available. Highly recommended be it for leisure of buainess.

Location Location Location”
Aloft is centrally located next to NuSentral mall where there are many food and shopping options. It is also next to KL sentral where you have access to Rail services that connects you to the city and Airport. Aloft has good facilities and the hotel room is clean and up to date. However the Covid pandemic has taken its toll on the Hotel, so it will be good if they are able to upgrade the hotel infrastructure and improve the food quality in the restaurant.

Best location”
1st time stay at this hotel all was tip top so make a repeat visit at this hotel again unfortunately not all are the same. Book a room for 4 person but towel and toiletries was given 2. 2nd day room was not clean. 3rd day room was clean but only have way done. Again 2 towel, no toiletries and no top-up of coffee and tea. When voice up at reception, staff seems not happy. Other then that all are good, breakfast was awesome. Different choice of food everyday.

Great Hotel with Centralise location”
This is our 2nd stayed and we enjoy the place! The hotel location is great as it is located at KL Sentral. It is easily reach by KLIA express, bus, taxi or private hire. Those driving, there is a basement carpark price at RM10 per entry. The rooms of the hotel is clean and comfort. Staff are friendly and they will do their best on any request. The amenities of the hotel is just superb with infinity pool on the rooftop. Those having your children, there are also kids pool at the rooftop. The hotel also connect to Nu Sentral and KL sentral providing the best option to shop and travel around. As KL is known with heavy traffic, getting a good hotel with many options of transportation is a must! The buffet spread is just awesome and this hotel is highly recommended!

I LOVE the Aloft! STAY HERE!!! ”
This is a great hotel that's well worth the money. (and it's not all that expensive when you compare it to the 5-star options nearby). It's great if you are driving into KL as the carpark is secure, and though the parking might seem hefty (RM10 per entry) it's far less expensive than parking nearby and you know your car is safe in Brickfields. It's smack in NuSentral Mall so it's super convenient food wise. The buffet breakfast is glorious if you can eat a lot (worth at least a try at least once even if you are not). The pool is lovely, the amenities are great. The bed and pillows are amazingly comfortable. And with the pandemic, I've never ever worried about sanitation etc. I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat. And it's the only place I use if I am in KL with the husband/ need more than just a clean bed to sleep for a few hours. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended.

My favourite hotel when I go back to KL”
I always stay here. Never had any problems. Totally clean & they take real care about Covid and sanitation etc. The staff are EXCELLENT - professional, polite, friendly. The systems in the hotel are great. The food is good, (and there's lots of food options all around) - NEVER HAD A SINGLE GRIPE. rooms are super comfy, clean - bed is amazing, pillows are so plush. Yes. Stay here. It's serious value for money and the pool is nice too...

Best hotel to access KL conveniently”
I booked via Agoda a week beforehand - when I thought I'd be able to be present along with my parents for a staycation. Fast forward to yesterday, work held me back and I had to contact their front desk to allow my parents to check in prior to my arrival. I really appreciate the discretion accommodated by the staff (I think her name was Ms Canda) so my parents wouldn't figure out the cost Room was alright. I booked a room with 2 queen beds. There were 4 of us (3 adults 1 kid) and it felt congested a little bit. Still it was designed for convenience. A lot of plug points and light switches easily accessible at bedside. The washroom however would suit better for just one couple rather than a family with kids bcs while shower and toilet are made separate, they share one glass sliding door which could only cover a cubicle at a time Breakfast was the star here. For a foodie like me who had to tag along my parents since I was a kid and ate at a lot of 4 to 5 star hotels, I'd say it's a bargain here. Wide array of food each one decently prepared. And thank God. A non-greasy omelette prepared underdone just as how I requested. A few tables are prepared in such way it'd attract little kids who with good imagination Location-wise - Honestly apart from Le Meridien and Hilton which were close by, you cannot get better than this to access the whole KL as it is directly connected to KL Sentral and NU Sentral. The latter has an exhaustive list of food places and departmental stores that should meet most of your demands Parking is aplenty however upon validating your ticket at the counter, instead of free of charge - you'd be charged with a flat rate of RM10/day - which I wouldn't whine about considering hiring Grab would cost way more in over all I certainly would be glad to revisit the hotel!

Fun and enjoyable”
Location of hotel really good as next to mall so plenty of shopping and dining options. Lots of seating at lobby while waiting to check in. Room was very clean although not so spacious. Breakfast buffet was truly sumptuous and delicious and cater to many different dietary requirement.

Location and cleanliness ”
My stay at this hotel was a very pleasant one. Check in and out were a breeze. More importantly, the room was clean and the location was excellent as it is conveniently located to a mall, eateries and the the transportation hub. The design of the room is different; it had a more chill vibe than the usual hotels. The bed was comfy with a variety of pillows. The view was fantastic. I didn’t manage to use the facilities nor savour the breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Overall, it’s a highly recommended place to stay. I would return to stay again.

Compact and comfortable”
Convenient location, accessible to malls and train stations KL Sentral. Equipped with good facilities, nice breakfast package and friendly staffs. Have both bathroom and shower separate compartment, but using single glass sliding door, to enter there is a wooden sliding door. In room there is mini fridge, iron and board, hairdryer. Qiblah direction on the ceiling, but no prayer mat provided. Their pool is on the rooftop, accessible, but need hotel card to access your room level. Recommended stay for centre of KL. Wish they would have promotions or discounts.

Fifth Stay in ALOFT KL SENTRAL”
I had thought of changing to try other hotels but because of traffic jam concerns, I decided to play safe and continue to choose ALOFT. I feel ALOFT need to sell more on its strategic location in using KLIA Express to reach airport traffic worry free. The buffet is good but I have not seen oysters and salmon in the buffet breakfast dishes. Perhaps they provide at lunch or dinner buffet.

Really good hotel!”
Aloft is better than most 5 star hotels we had stayed during covid. Parking chargeable at 10rm per entry for hotel guest is fair, and 20rm for valet. We opted to self park and car parking is easy and clean and bright and safe. 4 elevators. Roof top infinity pool is good size with a cozy bar lounge attached, hotel prices of course but not too bad, and a smoking area. Staff is very polite and accommodating. We arrived at 2pm hotel staff called at 2.35 for key collections after room is ready. Was allowed late checkout till 1pm. Cash deposit was 100rm which was very fair. WiFi is decent and we had 4 devices. Room is the best, very clean and spacious. Double beds are both huge with 4 pillows each bed lol. AC adjustable and strong with 3 fan speeds. TV channels were ok, about 30 I think. Only thing we didn’t like was the fixed shower head, but it is a preference, the water is hot with decent pressure. We love Aloft so much we are booking for a second stay next month. Btw Nu sentral mall is just next door, and Kl sentral, a transportation hub, is right across the street. Cheers!

The check in was slightly delayed due to the long holidays but it's ok. Room and location was good as always. Special thanks to the Recep staff (Mr Chan , I think) for helping me with my luggage as the walkway to Nu sentral is not open yet. Kudos to everyone! See you guys again!
